Infact the hotel is beautiful, the services on providing free shuttle bus to Disneyland & Pudong Airport is wonderful, the hotel is lack of staff, and might also lack of customer too. So I cant feels like 5 star international hospitality services. The stupid renovation worker they start to knock the wall on around 8am, the soundproofing is really bad. So anyway, overall still can accept with the price that I paid for.

Decent business hotel which served my purpose for just a night’s stay for business trip. Slightly away from central Shanghai - close to one hour by car from the bund.

The hotel does not seem well-maintained and the buffet selection is limited. It is not foreigner-friendly, as the staff have limited proficiency in English.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mother and pregnant wife, and I can confidently say that I will definitely revisit. The service was outstanding, and I want to extend a special thanks to Leo for his exceptional help and top-notch service. The environment was clean, cozy, and inviting, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, ensuring there was something for everyone. A lovely bonus was the complimentary late-night hot dessert, which was a delightful treat after a long day at Disney—perfect for warming up during the chilly evenings. The hotel’s location is ideal, with Disneyland nearby and Xinchang Ancient Town just a short distance away. Xinchang is a great spot for indulging in local snacks and treats. Additionally, there are a few restaurants within walking distance, along with a FamilyMart and local markets for your convenience. The free laundry service was another thoughtful touch, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Luxurious place good price great service and provided airport shuttle free of charge. Nice automatic toilet and overall satisifed. Cons. Air conditioning very weak and bathroom sewer smells like dank piss sometimes.

First of all, Mr.Wang Shi Xiong provided us the best service for this stay.The hotel is new and modern. In my opinion Qiuzhu especially suitable for staying when visiting Disneyland. The hotel staff are very attentive and patient. Since most are family with children stays, there is the sound of children running around all the time.

I have been playing in Xinchang Ancient Town. This time, I chose Qiuzhu Hotel because there were 8 friends. I didn't expect that there would be such an elegant and good hotel nearby. After parking the car and entering, the wide wooden door opened automatically, as if warmly welcoming guests to check in. Walking into the lobby, I immediately felt the extraordinary style. Various fresh flowers and bonsai, stone carvings are exquisite and delicate. The handsome guy surnamed Yang (I roughly remember his surname was Yang) at the front desk check-in did not upgrade all the elegant suites in the package to executive suites because we booked a group purchase package. He said that this room type would allow us to rest better. We all praised his enthusiastic consideration 👍Log in to the room. It is bright and spacious, with a good layout. All kinds of furniture are environmentally friendly wood. It is said that this is the purpose of the hotel. Once again 👍👍The green plants outside the window came into view, and I felt comfortable and at ease. The TV screen showed "Welcome guest XX" to the hotel, etc. It was so warm. The welcome fruit on the coffee table was also fresh and delicious. The minibar was fully equipped with various beverages. The package included afternoon tea. The waiter Li Xia served enthusiastically. We were all very satisfied. Back to the room at night Desserts include corn soup and mango sago. The buffet breakfast on the second day was rich in variety, a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisines. The waiters were very proactive. The 3-day, 2-night package included so many free services. All 8 of us felt that this was a great value for money. We will definitely promote it to our friends. On a whim, I booked a hotel in Shanghai for Special Forces because of the numerous reviews on Ctrip. I was not disappointed! The reception at the front desk was warm and comfortable, and the room service was timely and warm! Special Forces cannot do without breakfast for a day, and the dozens of buffet items are quite amazing! Back to the hotel, fruit and sugar water before bed, so warm! After walking 30,000 steps, I returned to the quietness of the Chinese style, and half of my fatigue disappeared! On the day of departure, because I flew in the afternoon, the hotel took the initiative to delay check-out until 2 pm. I took a nap at noon and was awakened by the birds outside the window. It was a garden in the downtown area! If the mosquitoes in the room didn't bite the baby, it would be even more perfect! A highly recommended hotel!
