An ok hotel to move around Shanghai. I wasn’t expecting that much noise. It doesn’t have good cancellation.

The hotel staff is nice and polite. Their breakfast is good. Room is clean and nice to sleep after long day of work.

They provided me a free upgraded on my 2nd bookings. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff are very helpful. Definite will recommend it to my friends and I will come if visiting Shanghai.

This hotel is located close to the subway station and it was easy to find. It’s ok if you don’t understand Chinese, they’ll try to understand you. The room is clean and the hotel has many local restaurants nearby.

I have stayed at other campanile hotels and really like the brand. I booked this one not realizing it is a new branch that is not completely renovated yet, so there was construction still going on. I think it will be nice when it’s done, but may want to want a month or two. Breakfast was not up to the same standard as other branches, but was okay
