The worst service I have ever been to stay in hotels. After walking about 650m from metro, we arrived at 3.15 PM, there were 2 ladies at front office, old on the younger one. As usual they asked for passport. I gave them all. Then, the drama happens. I'm not sure how long it takes, but long enough til they said that the rooms not ready yet. Hotel regulation for check out at 12.
We already booked for 2 rooms w/ double bed from trip.com. Even I feel uncomfortable, I asked them to give me 1 room first to store my luggage, so I can go out for meal cause we're starving. But they insist rooms not ready yet. And then offer us 1 double bed room and 2 single bed rooms. I think what the heck is this? I ask to see the rooms first, the double bed room and single room. Since I travel with my family, I refuse. With language barrier I asked them if they can speak english, both of them said not at all. Then after arguing for more than half an hour they gave what we booked, 2 double rooms. But only 1 is ready to store luggage.
Shortly when I check out at 5 AM, same lady, younger one named Grace was in front desk. I asked her if she can help to process the checkout faster, cause I have train to catch. She told me to call all of family go down to facing her instead. What the...? I explain to her that they still packing. Then she ask me to give back all keys to claim back 300 yuan deposit, even we still packing I gave them both keys. So we packing in dark. Thanks to you lady. And miraculously she can speak english suddenly. Hahaha what a drama queen. The most annoying hotel ever. PS: for your entertainment, lady, we miss the train for real.
