We loved our stay and were absolutely impressed with the service at The Anandi! Shilpa and Rubina gave us their contact info and helped us with so many things. They were very patient in our requests and assistance. Rubina helped us navigate all the classes and Shilpa helped us change rooms cuz our AC was broken. Gorgeous hotel, and great food. Amazing staff and service, everyone we saw welcomed us with smiles and hand to their heart. The only complaint was the AC didn’t work out first night so it was hot for me. But we enjoyed the hot springs and massage as well. Hope to return.

Wonderful stay at Anandi Hotel with great reception from Albert and Moon throughout the trip. They pay attention to detail till the end. We even booked a second stay during our trip. One of the best hotel stays in China.

The Anandi hotel and spa was an absolute blast. From the staff to the wellness workshops and the lovely food🤗. My favourite thing would have to be the tea service that they bring to your room every morning which is made for you. Yana was lovely and very welcoming. The workshops were great and the instructor was very funny and it it a great experience. The healing touch hot springs was great, I enjoyed soaking up in the different springs. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The facilities and services are excellent, but the payment system issue (duplicate card charges) must be improved. Aside from this, the hotel offers great value for the price, and I would consider returning if the issue resolution process is enhanced.

Our stay at Anandi Hotel was an unexpected delight. We were welcomed with a ritual greeting of tea, snacks, and sound therapy, followed by a personalized body type assessment that guided our meals, smoothies, and teas. The spa, meditation sessions, and rooftop pool provided a truly relaxing experience, with a calming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, enhancing the overall tranquility. Despite being the most affordable stay of our trip to China, Anandi offered the most in terms of wellness and relaxation.

Pleasant stay at Anandi. The room was clean and spacious and the bathtub was comfy for 2. The only issue i had was in the spa department. Pools lack minerals and sauna was barely hot, didn’t sweat a bit for 10 minutes lol.

Anandi lives upto its name in every way possible! ✨✨✨. For booking I was assisted by the very patient Yana.Great customer service from the very moment you arrive, they are all super accommodating. You are welcomed from the entrance to the reception and also sent to your room by the butler! Before heading to the room, they will do the body aura test and have your healthy tea prepared ( to be sent to the room every evening and morning). The butler will also explain the activities you can do for the rest of your stay. eg yoga , peacock watching , mantra session. The hotel also has different centers mainly the spa center where they offer a very very wide range of body massages , you can even get your mani and pedi done. The food was great ( both breakfast and dinner ). Overall the whole stay was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
