The hotel is very close to SJTU. Public transportation is easily accessible and lots of restaurants nearby. Service and amenities were good, but, It would be great to have a mini fridge in the room for beverages.

Nice, clean and cozy rooms. The service was on point and the location near metro station is convenient except for some noise once in a while.

I stayed at Vienna Hotel on this business trip, and it really exceeded my expectations! As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the decoration of the lobby. The crystal chandelier and the retro patterned carpet made me feel like I was in a small European castle. Even the decorative paintings at the elevator entrance were very artistic. The room was more spacious than I thought, and the bed was a special plus! The quilt was soft, and it felt like I was wrapped in a cloud when I lay down. I, who usually likes to sleep on the bed, actually slept until the alarm rang. There is also a USB charging port at the head of the bed, which is very friendly to mobile phone users like me! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the shampoo and shower gel smell very fresh (I secretly wrote down the brand and planned to buy it at home), but the hair dryer has a little less wind power, so sisters with long hair may have to be patient and blow it for a longer time. The breakfast must be praised! There are both Chinese and Western styles. The auntie at the freshly cooked noodle stall is super enthusiastic and insisted on adding two fried eggs for me 😂, and the fruit is also very fresh. The surrounding area is quite convenient. Turn right downstairs and there is a convenience store. Turn left and walk for five minutes to find a barbecue supper stall, which is suitable for people like me who are greedy in the middle of the night. The waiters were very nice. The front desk lady saw me carrying a suitcase and helped me press the elevator. When I checked out, I said I had left my charging cable behind, and the cleaning lady brought it down in five minutes. I was touched! At this price, it is really cost-effective to live in such a room. I will choose it next time

The price is not expensive near the campus. The accommodation environment and hygiene are much better than those of the same price express hotels. We went to Shanghai for something, and the hotel we booked was quite far from the city, in Qingpu, and it took nearly an hour to get to the city. The environment was OK, and the attitude of the staff was OK. There was a lady at the front desk who was rather indifferent. I want to complain about the restaurant. 9:30 is their meal end time, and we arrived at 9:32, but there was no food. They gave us some steamed buns, which was really uncomfortable. Then the next day when we went to have breakfast, the auntie in the restaurant stared at you for fear that you would take things out. I really want to complain, can one person take out a lot of your ordinary breakfast food? It's OK not to take out, but being stared at while eating is like being a prisoner, which is really a headache.

The room was very small, with outdated facilities. The worst thing was the smell of sewers all over the room. I didn't dare close the windows all night, and I didn't dare open the bathroom door at all. The sewer was like open, and I couldn't sleep all night. I wanted to stay for four days, but I checked out at 7 o'clock in the morning and went to Ji Hotel. I will never come again.
