My family enjoyed our stayed at Atour X hotel and 南京西路 shanghai. When we checked in, we got a pleasent surprise that we got an upgrade of our room. The staffs are very helpful and polite. We got our requests fullfilled swiftly. Room is clean and neat. The location is superb, plenty of food options and near 吴江路 and the Starbucks Reserve Roastery. I will certainly stay here again if i come to shanghai again next time

Good location, near to subway and nearby alot restaurant. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Booked the family tent room, found some used tissues and candy inside the tent when first check in. Location near train station. Hotel provided supper porridge at night, simple and not much choices.

Very friendly people at reception (however not really speaking english but translator dies the job), great breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Close to the city centre main attractions

Great location as it's about 5 mins walk to the metro station. Convenient for shopping and eating. The room abit small but it's reasonable for Shanghai. The staff were nice and helpful. I personally like the free laundry service very much 😀

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Location is near 太古滙 and many eateries and restaurants. Close to Nanjing West subway station.

Booked the largest room and bathroom was so small that door could not be closed while in it. It also smelled terrible, like public toilet. Saw a bug in room. The so called window was tiny and opened up to walls and vents. Worst of all, you could not control the heat and it had to be at 30 C. Was so hot it was difficult to sleep. I am very skeptical of so many positive reviews and how legitimate they are… this hotel was terrible.

Excellent location - 3-5 min walk to subway and located at a location with a lot of financial services clients concentrated in the neighbourhood. Room is very comfy and a reasonable size. Staff was super nice and the pillow was amazing - I actually bought one home!

Convenient location. Located in Nanjing West, Just a few steps away from Starbucks Reserve. Near bus stop and mtr station. The staff are very helpful despite the language barrier. They are very accomodating. There’s also a free laundry at 2nd floor which is very convenient.

The Atour X staff was amazing, rooms were cleaned thoroughly and everyday. Truly enjoyed our stay here, including the amenities of free laundry and free porridge in the late evening. Staff are SOO attentive!! Thanks so much Atour!
