Ulasan Arrochar Hotel 'a Bespoke Hotel'

Good hotel! The breakfast was great and the view of restaurant was lovely! The twin room was big and faced to the mountains! There was a bath tub! Enjoy the bath after hiking a day. I would recommend the hotel!

Me and my partner had a fab time here a wee confusion with the room when we checked in but receptionist solved it like a pro. Great for Outdoor or just a relaxing time away. We had breakfast included and we loved all the Scottish selections. Would recommend for couples especially.

Had. Great stay . Room need updated But they where clean , only did over night stay and had no problems . Would rerun again

Positives: - Young lady on reception super friendly, helpful and professional. - Requested teapot and fresh milk for room and provided efficiently with a smile.  - Issue with dirty bed linen dealt with professionally and apologetically, room changed offered but declined. Negatives: - Both twin bed sheets were dirty. One covered in mould or grease. The dirt did not look fresh but still I find this disgusting and unacceptable in any hotel of any standard.  - Lady on checkout abrupt and unpleasant.

Only used the room so can't comment on much else. I'm just guessing the amenities are average, apologies if they are actually better

The hotel and its equipment remember the 70ies. Small rooms, garden trash views..

Location is 10/10 , hotel is average. Would recommend great wee holiday.

Stayed for one night in a twin lake view room with en-suite. The view is worth it. Staff were friendly, room was clean, easy to check in and out. Location was easily signposted and parking available. 5/10min walk to a few local chip shop a bar and shops if needed as well as access to the bar and restaurant on site. We stayed on a Sunday in June which was quiet. The building is an older building so very creaky but that is very much part of the charm. Tea/coffee and kettle provided in room as well as a small Scottish cookie treat. Perfect stop off for further travel north or any other situation. Would definitely book again.

Stayed for one night for work. Vety please with staff fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend and would stay again
