Ulasan Homeinn Plus Hotel (Shanghai Sinan Road Huaihai Middle Road Subway Station)

Tempat ini terletak di kota. Tidak ada tempat parkir di sana. Biaya parkir di dekatnya adalah 120 rmb per 24 jam. Tidak ada lemari es di kamar. Tidak ada es di hotel. Kamar sangat sempit. Ruang tunggu yang bagus dengan kopi dan teh. Pemandangan dari jendela sangat buruk dan beberapa kamar tidak memiliki jendela sama sekali.

Comfortable, clean and well located. Rooms are tight but bed is comfortable.

Our extended two-week stay was disappointing. The front desk staff were consistently unhelpful and dismissive, even refusing to assist with a food delivery app when no hotel dining was available. Furthermore, the room was not properly cleaned (evident from the dusty floors) and had a persistent smell of tobacco through the AC. The hallways were also uncomfortably cold.

Lot of sound in the neighborhood, from 6 to 8/9 am there was construction noises. Hotel was clean and good enough.

The hotel was quite clean. My trip here was cut short by the hotel reception when I received a phone call one hour before having to check out. The hotel told me that I had to find a different hotel as the government had told them that all guests had to leave and find a different hotel, because the hotel was being turned into a quarantine hotel for international arrivals. The location was quite good and close to many coffee, shops and bars. The nightlife was very good around the hotel with a nearby metro station to travel easily to different locations around Shanghai.

The location is superb. However, my room did not have AC. The walls are very thin and it is quite noisy. If you’re on a budget, this is a pretty decent spot if you don’t mind not having AC or the high levels of noise. There is a better option at the same rate.

The location is great, but the room is super small, during the holidays it's very expensive, you can stay in Hilton for similar or cheaper price 20 mins far from the city centre. They gave me the toothbrushes to take with me upstairs. It wasn't worth the price as I paid ¥1600/ per night for the worst service

I was positively surprised by this hotel. I stayed here for two nights during my visit to Shanghai over a weekend. The location is absolutely perfect in the heart of Shanghai, the rooms have a good size with large bathrooms (at least my room did). Cleanliness level was also very high. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here and I would definitely consider to book this hotel again in the future. Check-in procedure for foreign travelers is also smooth.
