Overall its very good hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. Only the location a little far from station. But i’m really satisfied with this hotel

15-20mins walk from hongqiao railway station. Very nice and big room. Even gave 4 bottles of water complimentary. Bed was more on the stiffer side, but still acceptable.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. What I like about it is the location which is only 15 to 20 minutes walk from metro line 10,and 17. 5 minutes away you can find many restaurants. Across the street is a Burger King and Starbucks. On the other side is a McDonald’s. The hotel has I think 5 floors or maybe 4 so the wait for an elevator is never long. The room has floor to ceiling windows and very large. It is a nonsmoking room and I didn’t smell any smoke. The room has 2 packets of coffee and 2 packets of tea plus 4 bottles of water. If I need more, I can get it from the reception. The hotel us nicely decorated. Near the lobby is a small aquarium with 8 large fish. The lobby serves coffee and fruit until I think 10:00 pm. This is the best part. The breakfast has a lot of variety and has hard boiled eggs and fried eggs plus porridge, chinese vegetables, buns and baked root vegetables like sweet potatoes, dumplings. One can order a bowl of noodles. This hotel deserves the highest score possible.

The location is a bit hidden, we arrived pretty late and took us a while to find the hotel since there was not much lighting at the surrounding area. But the hotel itself was nice and clean plus the room was quite spacious. Breakfast was very simple with only a few selection of food, but decent enough to fill our belly. About 10 mins taxi ride to Shanghai Hongqiao Station, so it’s a quite convenient for early morning train.

It’s a worst hotel!!!!! Heating doesn’t work at all. In my room temperature was about 13 degrees….. Never again

I all ways choose this hotel on my business trip to Hongciao. Very close to Airport and Hongciao metro station

Stayed in the hotel for just one night as had a late train arrival at Hongqiao. The location is convenient as it took only 25 minutes to walk to the hotel from the station. The room was comfortable and clean. Good stay and would recommend.

This place was great! Very close to the station and the staff were extremely nice! The hotel rooms were really modern and has all the amenities needed!

We stayed at this hotel several times and were satisfied for the price before, but had terrible experience this last time. When we arrived at the hotel at 18:30,we were told that our room (booked and PAID online in advance) will only be available at 21:30, because they had let it out by the hour. It was disastrous to our busy scedule and absolutely unacceptable. On the plus side: excuisite flowers in the lobby, good Chinese black tea in the tearoom, no-hustle service with receiving packages.
