A well furnished apartment clean n tidy Staff are helpful but the choices of breakfast buffet are limited

Lots of space to improve, staff not speak any English even it is a big chain hotel . Pool was closed

I have stayed at the Novotel Suites Hotel on and off for the past 4 years. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cindy at front desk and reservation is extremely helpful and prompt in responding. She is helpful and upgraded my room as requested. She has been very helpful throughout my stay and this time it was a great experience in comparison to my past visits due to her hospitality .

This hotel is great for its spacious duplex room for my family of 4. Had a great check in experience with the front counter as they had assisted me with promptly with advice to get a good breakfast deal for my 3 night's stay. Service was prompt whenever I requested for extra towels. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the floor as it felt dusty upon entering. I did a mop using the floor towel and it was all black. Gym and swimming pool was also closed during my stay from 25- 28 Dec 2024, citing reason which was new to me. Supermarket is located within the hotel enclosure and marketing is a breeze, however no utensils or extra cups (standard 2 provided) are available in the room, which is inconvenient. There is a small stretch of F&B outlets and very limited shopping a very short walk away which helps if I need a quick fix. Overall, this is a hotel that is value for money and satisfy for criteria for space

It's a great hotel for those who come for an exhibition. The rooma are very big and spacious with kitchen Rooms are Soho designed with a bed on the second floor of the room. If you plan to walk in the city centre, it's about 50 min drive by taxi.

It was a very pleasant stay. We stayed as a family in the executive suite on the 5th floor, for one night. Unfortunately the laundry room was being renovated until October 20. It could have been helpful to know this before, so we could have prepared for the situation. The staff was really nice, and the location for a stay nearby Hongqiao train station/ airport is just perfect. The accommodation lives up to its Novotel brand name.

One of the largest rooms I have stayed in so far. Provide basic essentials. Only stayed for a night so not much to share.

Just from hospital and what a relief the staff and manger Cindy made everything perfect ! They found room to help my needs ! Location great for food options and in house help wonderful ! The room space is really amazing ! Think galley New York style!
