The quality of the deluxe room is tremendous for the price. Very spacious, well equipped, and even has a jacuzzi! I don't know any other hotel that offers such special amenities, other than very expensive suites for ten times the prize. And it includes breakfast and two visits to the hot springs! I'm glad I discovered this place and will come again many times!

The food in the hotel is amazing. They have 2 restaurants and one cafeteria open until late. I highly recommend to try their food. Ask them for advice, they know which are their best dishes! I loved the pizza.

The premium room with windows was very nice. Very spacious and comfortable, clean and nicely decorated in Japanese style. Breakfast was very good and the free entrance to the bathhouse is an amazing perk. Reserve at least 3 hours to enjoy the bathhouse experience!

Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location.Schort walk from the metro station. Friendly and helpful reception staff, they really try to do their best. The SPA is must visit. Included in the price. Nice hot water basins,mini jacuzzis, saunas, hot stone and salt heated relaxing rooms. Different body treatments, massages. In the lobby is the restaurant, café, gaming machines, children play area. Easy check in/out, more than all necessary provided. I did booked for 1 night, finally spent 3 nights there:) Really enjoyed it:) Room was cleaned every day, comfortable mattress and pillows. I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep nights:) Thanks for your hard work:) I definitely will be back with my family:))

This hotel is great. You can enjoy hot springs at a cheaper rate if you occupy a room. Their hospitality is awesome and they’re quite helpful to foreigners as well.

1. There were at least 5 mosquitoes in the room. I was hiding from them all night and swatting them while taking a bath. 2. The bathtub was too slippery and I couldn't get out of the bath. 3. The water from the shower fell all over the sink. The floor was full of water and the toilet was full of water. 4. The hot water in the shower was gone halfway through the night and I had to wait for the rest of the bath in cold water. 5. Breakfast was served to each person and was too bad. I had to wait a long time. 6. The advertisement said it was a late night canteen, but it was actually a large canteen with very few dishes. 7. There was no direct elevator to the third floor. I had to take the elevator to the second floor and then walk up to the third floor. It was very inconvenient to get takeout and go out.

Adults can soak for a day, children can soak for a day... and two breakfasts are also provided. There are food, entertainment and hot soup. It is really the best value for money when you catch the discount. The price of buying two adults and one child's hot spring bath is almost the same. Add a room and two breakfasts. There is no best, only better.

I recently stayed at the Jile Tang Biyun Hot Spring and I have to give a full score for this experience! From booking to check-out, every detail makes people feel the hotel's care and professionalism, and it really makes guests feel at home. The front desk staff is warm and polite, and the check-in is efficient and fast. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard. Even the family members who are familiar with the bed can sleep well all night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are well-known brands. It is also equipped with a smart toilet and a constant temperature shower, and the details show quality. The daily room cleaning is very meticulous, and even the corners are spotless. The hot spring water temperature is just right, and after soaking, the fatigue of the day is driven away. In short, it is highly recommended.

I recently went on a business trip and chose Jinqiao Jile Tang Biyun Hot Spring Hotel. This stay was great! As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and took the initiative to help with the luggage. The check-in process was proficient and quick, and it was done in a few minutes. During the check-in process, the staff also kindly informed me of the breakfast time, professional and thoughtful. When I casually mentioned that I wanted to find a place to eat supper, the front desk lady immediately gave a reliable recommendation and attached a detailed route. When I checked out, I left my charger behind and called to ask about it. The staff found it and contacted me as soon as possible. After communication, they also helped to mail it. From check-in to departure, every link is impeccable. The front desk team of Jile Tang Biyun Hot Spring Hotel is so excellent that it must be five stars!
