Stayed at Crowne Plaza Shanghai for 5 nights — great location for a bus trip, very close to the Shanghai Expo Center and easy to catch a DiDi anytime. The room was super comfy, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options.

The front desk service was very satisfactory, and then, er, the family checked in together, er, and it was generally recommended that they would come again next time.

Very good experience of staying in Crowne Plaza Shanghai Jinxiu. The location is the centre of Pudong district and next to a shopping centre called Spring of Paris. I enjoyed the foods around the hotel which is the first and foremost thing when I come back to China :) The room is very clean and services are also good. The price is quite attractive considering it's a 5-star brand. I also had a coffee in the bar which has quite big space and nice desserts. Highly recommended.

You really have to make an effort to get something to eat or drink in the hotel restaurant. The staff should be trained to actively approach (also foreign guests) and ask for drinks or food requests.

The receptionist and the door service staff is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The room is well organized, with enough surfaces pace to work and put my things. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and the food was well-prepared and of good quality. A suggestion. Information about the hotel facilities and services in the room, on which h floor and what are the operating hours.

They gave me a free room upgrade as part of being a member of their program, it was very spacious and comfortable. Andy and the staff were very kind and attentive. I also really recommend making use of the room service as the food is of high quality. Overall the experience was great and I look forward to visit again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful place for our trip in Shanghai! Impressive .

Returned for the first time since 2021 and it remains an excellent hotel. IHG membership was added at check-in after booking with Trip and status applied. The recent refurbishment and rebrand has improved the lobby area & breakfast restaurant, and the rooms are comfortable with a powerful shower. Breakfast was generally excellent, hot food was actually hot (!) with plenty of choice. There is plenty of local food in the nearby streets which is great value. There's also a shopping mall close by with restaurants downstairs. It's a short walk to the Line 13 metro which is a 30 minute ride into the city centre, with Line 7 a 10-15 minute walk away. It's an easy 35min taxi from Pudong Airport. The only issue was the room was pretty hot, and while you can open a small window, in November it's still pretty warm outside and there was no cool air from the air-conditioning system. Thanks to Andy and Sunny for looking after us. We'll be back!

A local shopping mall nearby, conveient for buying some food and daily use stuff. I took DiDi all the time, so location doesn't matter. The hotel room is big, and clean, although some issue with the shower pan in my room. Breakfast is above average, compared to hotels in China. Staff are friendly.

Very Clean and very kind and everything is good

I’m visiting an expo in Shanghai. Crown plaza is a good choice of the overall value. Breakfast and the Italian restaurant are great.
