Amazing hotel!!! The Fourier was breathtaking! The staff were so friendly and helpful and spoke great English! The only bad thing was that the air-conditioning didn't actually cool down the room so it was bit hot to sleep in. If not for that then 5/5!

Everything about it was great apart from the location because it was far from everything. Required a minimum 2 hour car ride to get to PuXi and is also far from the airport. Keep that in mind if booking. Something else is that our room was very big (we had an apartment room) and the heater was not able to heat up the room properly so we were constantly cold. We had to wear warm clothes in the room at all times.

This is an excellent place for a family holiday. My son loves the swimming pool. The room is spacious, clean and very very new. The staff are super friendly. The best hotel we have stayed, will comeback again.

Got a free upgrade to a higher floor. It would have been nice to have a bathtub, but the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi makes up for it. The lobby is impressive and breakfast is also good. The location could be a little closer to the lake, but it's still a great hotel.

After all, it is an old hotel with very good service! I arrived at the hotel at noon. The hotel was fully booked during the May Day holiday. Seeing that I had sprained my ankle and was unable to move around, the front desk still helped me arrange a room and provided a wheelchair as soon as possible. It was really awesome. The hotel facilities are very good and well maintained. The details such as hygiene are well done. The service staff in the hotel are very polite. The hotel is very close to the surrounding attractions. We parked our car in the underground garage and took a taxi to the surrounding areas. It was very convenient. When we checked out, we received a handwritten note from the housekeeper and a capybara. The children liked it very much. We agreed to stay here again when we come back to play during the summer vacation

As a Jinjiang Platinum Card member and a loyal old customer of Jinjiang, this is my first time staying at Lingang Jinjiang International Hotel, and the overall experience is very satisfactory. Originally, I booked a one-bedroom apartment, but because the room had some odor, considering the pregnant woman accompanying me, the front desk staff was very considerate to change it to a superior suite for us. During the stay, the mattress and pillows in the room were very comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. The dishes in the restaurant on the fourth floor are rich and varied, with excellent taste, healthy and non-greasy. The hotel also gave afternoon tea, and the executive lounge on the 22nd floor has a good view. Although there was a small misunderstanding in the delivery of meals during the check-in process, after communicating with Manager Cai, the problem was quickly resolved. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay experience, and I will choose here next time.
