Good room, Free laundry and iron, I think in room have smell of smoke. Very near MRT. Staff say Nihao very time, good vacations here

this is the one of the best mid range price hotels i have ever stayed. The location is amazing- just 1 min from the subway station, the area is very comfortable and nice. The personnel and staff are super welcoming and polite, willing to help. The room is not huge but very comfortable, clean and nice, with everything you need. We have enjoyed our stay and definitely we will stay in this hotel next time we in shanghai.

Amazing location, 100m away from metro station. Hotel staff at front desk is lovely and helpful, great selection of pillows. The breakfast at hotel is more to oriental style. Restaurant’s staff not so helpful .

Location of this hotel is near metro to access to railway station, airport and sightseeing. The staff cannot speak english, but they still support so much through translate app.

Booked a big room for 2 nights but upon arrival the room is not available. They give me a REALLY SMALL room for the 1st night. NO compensation or even sorry from the staff hotel. They just said its not available Staff can not speak english at all. In the 2nd day they move us to the room we are supposed to have. Again, nothing is given for giving us smaller room in the first night. Super near to MRT Station, train sound are loud and clear inside the room.

前台工作人員服務態度值得點贊，尤其昨晚感謝前台工作人員幫我去還充電寶。今早趕飛機，前台小姐姐看我衹拿了餐廳的粗糧，就還細心送一瓶牛奶。然後房間也可以，最印象深刻的還是工作人員給力的服務，希望能保持啊，這樣下次還來你們家

離海倫路地鐵站（1口）非常近，前台很熱情，早餐好吃，還有伴手禮。住了3天，保潔都有來打掃換浴巾。還第一次體驗了機器人服務。對比從上一個酒店逃離出來的，我真的太幸運了。下次來上海還會選擇來這裏！

服務：前台小姐姐很熱情的協助辦理入住 衞生： 房間內部衞生整體是可以的，打3.5分的原因是因為衞生間騷味很重，起初我以為是馬桶的味道，後來發現是整個洗水台的味道，我不曉得是不是打掃的時候用的毛巾是同一條！！那個騷味真的很難忍，衹要一開衞生間門騷氣刺鼻，希望後期在這方面提升一下！ 環境：連鎖酒店的環境，但我很疑惑為什麼房間有書桌但沒給凳子，因為就是臨時住一晚，第二天趕早，所以我們也沒問前台要這些. 早餐：餐廳服務員人很好，見到小孩會主動給小孩酸奶，早餐品種沒有亞朵的多，就是普普通通能夠墊墊肚子的那種. 地理位置：進地鐵站 地鐵站周邊有全家東西比較多，從地鐵站出來就能看到酒店招牌，走路3-5分鐘吧，目測200m距離. 酒店樓下也有便利店，買零食方便. 周邊是小區多 所以還算是鬧中取靜吧. 美食：酒店離四季民福烤鴨店很近，打車過去10-15分鐘，算是起步價的那種！ 最後： 以後住華住旗下還是首先全季，漢庭整體還是跟不上，這個酒店贏就贏在地理位置離外灘進，然後攜程給的價格也算合理且帶早餐，為趕路人提供方便.

房間佈局合理好用，環境舒適。服務超級棒，離地鐵十號線出口就幾分鐘，非常方便。非常滿意！推薦入住
