I received a free upgrade to a corner suite. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff did their best to make me feel at home. I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is average on standard. Location is far from all tourist spots. There are a lot of construction sites around this hotel. The good thing is that there is a metro station about 3 to 4 min walk. Nearby. There are also food and restaurants on the underground mall near metro. There is a family mart and McDonalds near hotel. Hotel is clean as it is built in 2023

The family room we booked was good with many toys for kids to play with..the room was clean but you can hear some noises at night from other rooms. Transportation: The hotel’s location is good with close proximity to the subway,get off at Qilianshan Road metro station and exit from exit 2. The hotel breakfast was just ok with limited western options..also the room does not has milk powder for tea/coffee.

Beautiful hotel, I have stayed here several times. Very friendly staff, spacious and very clean rooms, good breakfast with lots of choice. The staff always tries to satisfy the guests with any queries or problems. I would especially like to thank Jane from reception for her support, help and her friendly smile every day! I am already looking forward to my next stay.

The whole hotel is quite new, the service attitude is also very good, and it also helped us upgrade the room type for free.It's all good except for the takeaway.Jane的服务很棒

The hotel is nice and very clean. Spacious room. Delicious breakfast (western and Chinese). the bed is comfortable. I recommend this hotel. Just please: reduce the AC temperature, it's really hot inside the room. For some people it's okay but for me I cannot sleep if the room temperature is above 26. otherwise, I will come back again, next time, I visit Shanghai.

This hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The hotel is brand new, with stunning architecture and a beautifully modern design. From the elevators and lobbies to the rooms, everything was perfect—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The room was well-equipped with all the facilities we needed, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a nice mix of Chinese dishes and a good variety of international options. What really made our experience exceptional was the fantastic staff at Artyzen Habitat, particularly Jodie at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and spoke excellent English. Her warm demeanor, along with her professionalism and dedication, made our stay even more enjoyable. Jodie went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with aspects of our visit to China that extended beyond the hotel. Her outstanding service truly set this experience apart. Thanks Jodie!
