1st time our family visited Thailand and Kalim resort - Phuket is our 1st destination we stayed. The feeling of quiet, clean, close and nice resort impressed us so much... suitable for family tour.. highly appreciated.. Thank you for good service

Very comfortable hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are very big and its very near to beach. The hotel staff were so sweet to do towel decoration for my parents anniversary. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Superb! They even gave me a surprise cake as I arrived on my birthday.

You pay for what you get. The room was smelly , breakfast was good and just over one hour from the airport.

The room was a bit smelly, I think it was mildew . Breakfast was good Asian/Western food. Just over one hour from the Airport.

Was a great 3-star hotel choice! We got a free upgrade, so thank you. The room came with a bathtub which was ok (the water draining was not very great). The other things were fine. Breakfast was pretty standard and fulfilling. There’s a mini gym with weights and a running treadmill, which was nice. Will come back.

Nice hotel with a reasonably simple good breakfast. Overall we are happy with the stay.

I don’t think the hotel likes trip.com and its customer base, clean and spacious rooms but so noisy, didn’t sleep properly for 5 days. Cannot sleep here. Trip.com allocated rooms poor quality. The pool is a lot smaller than advertised and the hotel doesn’t stop guests from “reserving” pool day beds, even when they aren’t being used, people put their hats and books on the pool beds and walk away all day, the hotel needs to stop this behaviour, also hotel charge 500 baht guest/family join fee. Not a good experience.

Excellent location to beach streets food two minutes away 15 minutes to Patong beach restaurants and shops very helpful staffs and good environment to stay in could do better on breakfast.

Location is perfect 👍🏼 Hotel manager and all staffs are very professional, polite and well versed in English. Room and hotel compound is very CLEAN! The hotel made a very kind gesture to surprise me with a Bday cake 😭 it warms my heart Kaap kun kap Kalim Resort! Been visiting Phuket since 2009 BUT my 1st time staying near to Kalim beach and i love it so much as the beach is clean and peaceful. Hotel is just 3mins walk to the beach!!! Room is spacious, gd aircon, gd shower , the lovely staffs made my 4 days stay even better! Worth the price value. I RECOMMEND TO ALL WHO LOVE THE BEACH AND SUNSET AND THE LOVELY STAFFS MAKE U FEEL LIKE HOME 💗
