The calm tones and carefully selected decorations create a tranquil and stylish atmosphere, which instantly dispels my fatigue from long-distance travel. When checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. Not only did they help me complete the procedures quickly, but they also introduced the hotel's facilities in detail. Every smile and every greeting was just right, making me feel meticulous care. The quality of the guest rooms is even more surprising. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and with high-quality bedding, I can fall asleep every night, as if surrounded by a gentle dreamland. The bathroom is reasonably designed, with a stable water temperature and sufficient water pressure, which washes away my fatigue for the day. Moreover, the room is equipped with high-quality toiletries with a light and pleasant fragrance. These thoughtful details all highlight the high-end positioning of the hotel. During the service process of the hotel, I was impressed by the response speed of the staff. When I reported some minor problems, the hotel responded quickly and handled them properly. This efficient service attitude made me feel that the hotel attaches great importance to the opinions of guests. Although there are some areas that need to be improved, their attitude of actively solving problems is commendable. The hotel is also in a very advantageous location, close to North Bund, which is very convenient for enjoying the river view and going to the surrounding commercial centers. In my spare time, I strolled along the river, blowing the river breeze, and feeling the unique charm of the city of Shanghai. This experience at the Sahe Hotel in North Bund, Shanghai, gave me a new understanding of the high-end hotels under Atour. From hardware facilities to software services, the high level of the brand is demonstrated. I look forward to the hotel's continuous improvement, maintaining its focus on details, and bringing better services to guests. I believe that in other cities in the future, I will still choose Atour's hotels without hesitation and continue to write my beautiful journey.

Stayed here for 1 night. When we first checked in, the hotel had a smoke smell, requested for a change and lucky the hotel was able to change for us Hotel bed is very comfortable! One of the most comfortable hotel I have been too. Room is spacious and big. The hotel have very nice decoration and it is very new. One thing to improve is probably housekeeping, we found a a small tiny fake eyelashes sticked to the wall. Location is about 1 street away from mrt station, 5mins walk.

We stayed for 5 days and were impressed from the start when we were given an early check-in on the first day at no extra charge. The location is excellent and very convenient for traveling. The room was clean and comfortable, with an easily adjustable heater. Housekeeping was done daily, and the amenity kits were replenished every day. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Hotel comes with a good view of Shanghai skyline, room is very clean with daily housekeeping, friendly and supportive staffs. Reasonable price, good location - walkable to the Bund and Nanjing east station. Only one small minor point is the aircon system - heater working very good, even though we have tried to adjust the temperature down, but it was still too warm inside the room.

Last minute booking cause we weren’t happy with the original hotel. No regrets at all! Should have stayed here from day 1 itself! Hotel is at The Bund itself, with a great view as soon as you step outside. Room is spacious and clean with all the amenities, and more than enough water from the start. Service staff is great, they allowed us to extend our checkout time. Hotel breakfast has a wide spread and the late night porridge was good. Would recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Shanghai!

Great location…located in Nanjing road ,easy to find food. Close to Popmart and Miniso. But the room beyond floor 6 is a bit hard for people who have large laggauges because there is no elevator beyond floor6.

very good location closed to Nanjing pedestrian street. very good hospitality. We got upgraded room with higher floor [good view] All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is various and delicious. The room is big and clean. Bed is very comfortable Definitely, we will come back again.

I arrived at Shanghai Elong Hotel and were greeted by staff. Check in is seamless and smooth. I love the location just in front of Nanjing Rd! And near to Metro around the city and both Pudong and Hongqiao airports.  The room was excellent! Spacious, clean and very comfortable. I booked the City view room and the view is just exceptional! Nanjing rd!  Location is 100% a walking distance going to The Bund!  I will comeback again in this hotel and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.  I booked this room via trip.com and I always check the reviews about the hotel. It didn’t disappoint at all, feedbacks are accurate.

Check in is super smooth and easy - the room is spacious and very close to The Bund and Nanjing Road for shopping. Great food and coffee spots everywhere and a stone's throw from People's Park Train Station. The room was clean, well conditioned and comfortable. I would stay here again if I visit Shanghai

The location is very prime and near lots of eateries. although the exterior has a bit of a rough vibe, the lobby also is a bus station so it not those fancy entry lobby. Hotel rooms are located on a old building 2nd / 3rd floors but is retrofitted. The interiors is ecletic but functional. Would be better if the closet area was wider so a suitcase can be placed. One of the supervisor lady is excellent, even helped me with my heavy suitcase when I was departing for airport to ensure I can get my ride properly.
