I been to Tunisia for my first time I was amazed with worm welcome from the Airport , hotel staff and entertainment staff all amazing , very friendly and always smiling and the night show dance was outstanding and beach is nice as well pool and slides and for every recommendation and I will be back for sure.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms were clean with great views, the personal was amazing and kind. The food was very good and it was an overall excellent experience in my opinion and I strongly recommend staying there if you really wanna enjoy Tunisia

The entertainment team was absolutely brilliant, always activities going on throughout the day, activities were very inclusive and enjoyable for all age groups, drinks were very limited however wasn’t too much of an issue, and food wasn’t too bad at all, most staff were extremely friendly and helpful

I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel Like I should as our experience was totally different to all of the good reviews on here. The food isn’t great at all and you would especially struggle if you had young kids. The only thing my son would eat was the pizza. There aren’t many other child friendly options. The staff are friendly but I feel they are told to limit giving things out, there is never toilet roll in the rooms or the pool bar. They take your towels but don’t replace them, same with bed sheets. At the restraunt there are never bowls or spoons for the cereals, soups and yoghurts. If you ask for a glass or a plate in the snack bar, they scowl at you as if you’ve done something wrong. The beach is filthy, cigarette butts everywhere, burst open bags of rubbish. We didn’t go to it once because of thus The hotel along to the right has a beach that is looked after well and you can really see the difference in how it’s kept. The plus about this place is the staff, they are all nice and friendly. The bar staff and animation team especially.

At first, I didn't really like the hotel, as it looks a bit old, but the people working there made all the difference! The crew at the restaurant and bar were amazing, and I would like to highlight Badr from the beach/shop who was amazingly helpful, and the wonderful receptionist Maysaa who went above the expected to help us out, thanks guys you are awesome! ♥️💪🔥

The beds are comfy and rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Different varieties of food every night, between breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner it is difficult to go hungry. The entertainment team are great all very friendly especially Chicco, Walid and Alex . All three swimming pools are good and the bars provide not only alcholic drinks but slushies and bottles of water too! Perfect holiday for all!

Great atmosphere, clean, good selection of food. It was a good experience. Had great entertainment, a good bar with good drinks, staff were funny and polite, pretty clean beach with beautiful sunsets, the security guard at the beach was very polite and very funny🥰
