Very dirty terrace, no receptionist. Do highly not recommend. 🤷♀️

여기는 그냥 아파트입니다. 오래된.. 층간 층간 소음 오집니다,... 호텔에서 밤 늦게 체크인을 시킬거면 조용조용해야한다고 안내가 필요할거같아요. 기침소리까지 다들리는거야 어쩔수없다지만... 지네가 늦게 들어오는거면 매너는 좀 있어야지 이부분은 호텔어서 인지를 시켜주지않으니 모르는거겠죠. 우선 이 가격에 크기는 큰집입니다. 욕실 두개 거실 간이주방 이렇게 있으니까요. 인덕션 커피머신 조리기구 전자레인지 냉장고 등이 간이 주방에 있습니다. 냉장고에서는 물이 줄줄 나와서 제가 치웠습니다..... 욕실은 생각보다 나쁘진 않았지만 욕조에 있는 커튼이 누래서 그건좀 그랬네요. 신발신고 다니는 바닥이니..뭐 엄청깨끗할거까지야 없지만... 찝찝은했습니다. 주소도 처음부터 호텔 리셉션알려주면될것을 애먼데 찍어놔서 거기까지 걸어갔다 다시 갔다 다시 다른집으로갔다... 첫 인상부터 똥개훈련시킨것같은 썩좋지않은 기분이었습니다. 제가 비위가. 아주 나쁜편인데. 막 나쁜정도는 아니었고 그냥 참자 참고 담부턴 그냥 호텔가자 이정도입니다. 실제로 세비야3박이후 모두거리가 좀 있어도 호텔예약했습니다. 참고로 수건 바꿔주는거 10유로 청소해주는거 20유로 짐맡겨주는거 20유로인거같습니다. 진짜... 어이가 없었던..2성급호텔도 수건은 바꿔주는데...

¡Apartamento en ubicación inmejorable! Barrio tranquilo, cama cómoda y apartamento espacioso y equipado.

最主要的問題是攜程給的定位不是前台定位，到了之後多虧旁邊巧克力店的熱心店員告訴我們前台在哪裡… 這才能辦理入住… 感覺這樣很不合理！ 最大的問題是這個房子沒有電梯！！！所以需要自己搬行李上到最高層…

Super Lage aber bis wir es gefunden haben hat sehr viel Energie und Nerv gekostet, aber in der Rezeption sind wir herzlich begrüßt worden und haben sehr gute Geheim Tipps bekommen, jederzeit wieder.

We stayed in Boutique Vida Apartment for 4 nights in November. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfectly situated for all the tourist attractions. Everything you could want o visit ; restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. The staff were extremely accommodating, helpful and efficient - nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would not think twice about returning.

Clean and tidy room, perfect location near by Real Alcazar. I love the roof top view and you can have dinner there with a nice sunset. This apartment is under a 4 stars hotel so with good quality of service. The room is suitable for family trip with party of 4.

Stayed in the "DUPLEX" apartment with a toddler. It was a nightmare and we even checked out a day early. Apartment itself is dated and ill-equipped. There wasn't even a sponge in the kitchen. Microwave and air conditioner are both old and noisy to a point where you can't use either when anyone is sleeping. Worst part is what hotel doesn't talk about - there is a long and very narrow set of stairs leading to the apartment. Getting up and down with a bag is extremely hard. Doing that with a stroller and a toddler was pretty much impossible. Hotel staff knows about it, but you won't find any mention of the stairs in the description or photos.

We rented an entire house with 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms It was built in 1632 with beautiful features We arrived early at 11:30 and we were informed that the house was ready for us , the staff at Halo boutique hotel were excellent and took us to the house It’s right in the centre so the location was perfect

The stay was really lovely. Airconditioning was a must and very welcome during the warm days we stayed in Sevilla. The 1 thing that made it very special and unforgettable was the the view we had from the rooftop. Kitchen and livingroom were pretty small, but we had no intention to cook in the appartment or stay inside for too long, but it is good to know for future guests. The bedrooms were exactly what you could expect from it. Clean and very comfortable.

We booked this apartment via *********** and it was extremely unsatisfying. Upon check in when inspecting the apartment, we saw that it was extremely run down (stains and marks all over the walls), neglected, un-maintained and dirty. It also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the former occupants. The images displayed on *********** did NOT match the current state of the apartment, and I can only assume that they most be very old – some of them were even not from the apartment we stayed in. 1. The fridge was unclean and had stains in it and the integrated freezer had not been defrosted so no possibility to use it, as it had ice inside. Glasses were dirty. There was a moist dishcloth lying at the sink, which is extremely unhygienic, as it indicates someone used it. No towels for drying dishes. 2. The bathroom had other people’s hair on the floor/in the shower and there was dirt/poo on the toilet seat although it had a hygiene strap around it. The shower head was full of limescale and not functioning properly. The bathtub was extremely slippery, but no mat to stand on to avoid slipping, which can have fatal consequences. There was no place to hang towels – the hanger indicated under the sink in the images on *********** was not there. We had to drag the outside chairs into the living room in order to have a place to dry towels. The area around the door handle was so stained and yellowish from old dirt indicating that nothing apart from superficial cleaning has been done for a long time. 3. The bed linen was dirty with stains and crumbs/stuff on them and pillowcases looking and smelling used and beds sloppily made up. The bed linen was so old, greyish and worn that it had holes in it as well as old fluff on them. Towels used to be white but were now grayish with stains on them. 4. In the living room there was a stained and smelly couch and there was a dried booger on the wall. There were rims from glasses and stains and spots from what could have been everything from more boogers to old food on the table. There was a hole in the wall below the door to the terrasse. There was a contact in the wall clearly broken and obviously not in line with regulations for access to electricity. There was layer of dust and old dirt on the bench. 5. The roof top terrace was extremely run down and neglected with old, dirty furniture without any cushions. Plants were dried up and wilting and there was an old pair of underpants lying in one of the plants. One of the plant pots was broken and there was also a broken sunshade base lying around. It looked so unmaintained and uninviting and like no one had been up there for years. We had no desire to spend any time there although we considered this to be one of the highlights of the apartment when booking that we were in fact looking forward to using, but we ended up not being able to. Comparing the images on *********** with the actual terrasse, you can see they are extremely misleading. 6. The entrance door was b

Todo perfecto, como siempre. Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en el apartamento La Maestranza. El personal del hotel, tanto Natalia como Alejandro, super atentos, agradables y dispuestos. Y la ubicación, espectacular. En pleno barrio de Santacruz, para mí el más bonito de Sevilla.
