"The hotel is charming, small, very well decorated, and very well-maintained. It's very well located, a stone's throw from the town hall and restaurants. Although it doesn't have much luggage storage, it's more than worth it because it's so beautiful. It also offers a good breakfast. For our part, we highly recommend it, and if I had to be Túbal again, I would definitely stay at the same hotel."

"The hotel was once very beautiful and well oeganised. Since the ownership changed, i have the feeling that the hotel is runned down. The service gets with every stay worse. This time i even needed to discuss with the receptionist, that we get an additional blanket. Ive stayed all over the world in many hotels from luxurious to chep but they all had a better service than this hotel."

"The hotel is very well located and honestly everything seemed perfect. The problem here was the hygiene. The closets smelled musty, the blankets/sheets inside the bed were FULL OF HAIR, meaning they just put a clean blanket over the dirty one. The wooden floor made the room shake quite a bit and noisy. The balcony was great with an impeccable view. Otherwise, the staff and the place were spectacular."
