The location is strategically connected to Teraskota so it's not too boring, the room is clean, I'm just a bit doubtful whether the bed sheet is changed for each new guest because it has a strange smell, the room also needs a freshener, the sound of outside vehicles really penetrates the room, the sound of the AC is also quite disturbing, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel stay was ok, the hotel is a little jaded and during the stay the room besides was making lots of noises till 4am.. have to go down to the reception to get them to assist. Didnt have good rest there. Reception during that time wasnt that friendly or shown any concerns. Overall still giving a good rating since the day reception staff were good and friendly.

Location was good beside TerasKota mall. Room was small for an entry room. Surprisingly there os only one socket to charge handphone. The other socket is in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Service was average.

Location is great just beside the mall. The only concern is parking fee which is not convinient for the taxi since they have to paid when they pick up customer from the hotel. Some online taxi not willing to pick up and it makes the waiting time so long

It's OK, not too fancy, the decoration is old, and the room equipment is a bit old The main thing is that the location is good, there is a shopping mall behind Taxi🚕Remember to swipe the card at the front desk, otherwise there will be a parking fee

Child-friendly employees & quick to respond when we need help. Clean rooms, good facilities, complete (there is a hairdryer). Comfortable restaurant (there is a playground). Many choices of breakfast menu, all delicious (there are apem & waffles). My 15-month-old son had chicken porridge with soto soup for breakfast, papaya & melon slices. The hotel lobby has an aesthetic photo spot. Direct access to the Mall, staycation feels more enjoyable, no need to bring snacks from home, there is a supermarket & many alternative choices of places to eat. Getting on and off online vehicles is safe, for example in rainy conditions, no need to worry about getting wet (can be from in front of the hotel or in front of Teraskota Mall).
