酒店環境絕對好，設施服務也可以，餐飲選擇可以多些，前台greci 很好我們英語不好她很耐心，交通預訂部門不靠譜，我很早就預訂的交通，提前沒有主動聯繫，更沒有做好準備工作，等我聯繫了還要通過郵件電話多次溝通細節，累！提供的司機電話又錯誤，更離譜的是臨時推翻之前的價格，管理混亂自毀形象…

1.運氣好能看到各種動物來喝水 2.酒店前台拿兩個女的很一般，其他人都很好 3.強烈推薦去住beyond的酒店，比這裏更好哈哈哈

We stayed at the Four Seasons Serengeti in one of their villas. The rooms were excellent with views of the Serengeti and watering hole. Each Villa has a full and also a half bath which was very helpful. The staff was universally excellent with special thanks to Fadhili who was kind and helpful and Comfort who was our guide and found all the animals we could ever hope to see and more.

We saw no animals during our stay which was the main reason for staying there. Very disappointing. The staff were lovely and the food was very nice however. Overall, not worth the money spent at all as the main attraction for the hotel was to see the animals exploring around.

Don't expect this lodge to come even close to the standard of other Four Seasons hotels ! On the positive side is the wonderful location overlooking the Serengeti plains. The buildings are beautifully built with local materials (wood and stones) and great attention to details. Suites are luxury with living room, two baths, private terasse and with lounge and plunch pool (however we used main pool as there was no sun reaching our balcony in the afternoon). Food was very good (especially the ***** loin at the buffet) although choices are limited. On the negative side is the lack of attentive service. If you need something (a drink on the lounge outside in the evening, more tea at breakfast, another glass of wine at dinner), you have to actively call people to come to you, otherwise no one would take notice of you. That's not what I would expect at a Four Seasons hotel. In retrospect we might have better chosen a luxury tented camp and experienced a surprisingly positive stay than to choose a brand that comes with high expectations that are hard to meet out here in the wilderness...

If you are looking for a home away from home with a view unlike anything you have ever seen, the Four Seasons Serengeti is the place for you. They immediately welcome you into the family the moment you step off of the plane. The staff works diligently to make sure all of your expectations are met and the resort is truly one of a kind. Can’t wait to go back.

The Four Seasons was a pricey expense well worth every penny. Lovely spot. Perfect location in the central Serengeti. The staff was over the top wonderful. I always felt like I was at home with them. Food was excellent. Good selection.

Everything was amazing. From the moment we landed to the moment we left we had an amazing experience. The vehicle and the facilities were some of the best we ever experienced. The hospitality we experienced from every single staff member, from the driver, receptionist, managers, waiters, housekeepers and security personal, was the best we have ever encountered. We have traveled all over the world and we have never experienced such a high level of excellent customer service. We felt welcome, wanted, and respected by every four season member. Thank you for creating such great memories. The attention to details to make sure we had the best experience made the difference. We cannot wait to go back.
