Ulasan LOTTE City Hotel Mapo

Saat Anda menuju Pintu Keluar 2 Kereta Bandara, pintu masuk hotel berada tepat di depan Anda, jadi senang bisa langsung naik kereta meski dalam cuaca buruk. Ada restoran, kafe, dan Lotte Mart di basement, jadi sangat nyaman. Kamar mandinya ada pintunya, jadi lantai dan toiletnya tidak kebanjiran. Tidak ada masalah dengan tekanan air, tapi bentuk kepala pancurannya vertikal sehingga mengganggu saya. (Ada juga pancuran yang keluar dari atas.)

Check in was smooth and fuss free. The hotel is near Gondeok station and just few steps away. It's also closed to airport limousine. However the interior of the room looks abit old.

Firstly, the location is good as it's near the metro station. There's also a supermarket in the basement. However, the room is dated and needs some refurbishment. The standard room we were assigned was terribly small, especially after adding in a baby cot. There was barely any place left to move. There was no baby bathtub. The room was also pretty dusty. On the first day of check-in, only 2 paper cups were provided for drinking. There is no utensils as well such as stirrer for coffee. The wooden cushion chair looks dirty with chapped wood corners that almost cut us twice due to the constrained walking space. The toilet was big in contrast. The view was pretty ok, but it gets noisy due to the traffic junction.

Nice hotel, good location with shops, restos and supermarket underneath, and also metro station just next to the hotel. Airport bus also just 2 mins away from hotel.

Room was comfortable. Location-not near the attractions but I like that there is a Lotte supermarket at the basement. Stayed here towards the last leg of our trip and I was able to buy Korean snacks and grocery items on our last day. It was hard to get a taxi/uber, spent 30mins trying to get one (drivers cancelled) in the end took subway to get to Seoul station to take train to airport. I suggest just taking the “slow” train at the subway below Lotte Hotel Mapo that goes directly to the airport terminals. I didn’t know this and had prebooked arex train at Seoul Station. Overall good hotel and staff were polite and nice. Would stay here again if I go back to Seoul.

Simple hotel. House keeping staff is friendly. Front desk service could be better. Location is the plus point. As train entrance is within min with lift access. Heading towards Hongdae and any popular tourist destination is short train ride away. Supermarket and eateries just at the basement.

Very nice and clean hotel with the metro just on the 1st floor. The room is big enough for 3 persons. Comfortable beds. Perfect location. Very close to most popular districts and sightseeings. There are a lot of restaurants in the building and nearby.

The check-in & check-out procedures were smooth, staffs are very friendly and everything was great. Location is amazing, you can take the lift down to the train station & there's a mart as well as food stalls in the underground section below the hotel. Would definitely return^^

Hotel location is good and able to reach from airport. It is also connected to many subway lines. Price is very expensive and service has dropped since the last time we stayed

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel is located in Lotte City. Large Lotte Mart. cafes. A wide variety of restaurants Rooms are large enough

Nicely located Hotel. Everything that you need. Breakfast is good and gets to Continental standards. Pool is great, when you are willing to pay the entrance fee.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Lotte Hotel. The hotel service was very good and the communication with the staff was smooth. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is in a great location, just above the Gongdeok subway station, so you don't need to go out and it's very convenient to go anywhere.

Location is very good. The airport bus is just in front of the hotel. Taking a normal train to/from the hotel is convenient as well. It is also convenient  to go to many tourist places in Seoul. The vibrant around the hotel is good, not that crowded and full of restaurants. House keeping cleans the room every day. The only downside may be about dust on the carpet and the curtains in the room.
