Ulasan Yeoksam Artnouveau City Hotel and Residence

No body appeared at front. No body answered on phone, but after lunch time.

If breakfast and service were better, it was a hotel with a good location.

Location is VERY good, considering the bus network, airport limousine, and subways. facilities are old and not well maintained. Ceilings were hanging loose, the shower stool is too narrow and small that I have to squeeze my self in and out. Cleaning was provided every 3 days, no iron was provided. There is a washer from a museum. that looks like from the 60s. it runs 24 hours unless you manually stop it. you have to call a landline for a service, and no interphone is provided. If you purchased internet-only prepaid sim, then there is no way of asking for a service. I do not recommend this!

Location of the hotel is good, yet hotel it self is an old building, if you dont like dirty carpet and old style building then i suggest you to go elsewhere. I didnt mind taking the price option, it was the lowest in the area. Checking in and check out process was a bit confusing, pretty much no one is there to help you but fully automated by kiosk. Which i didnt know prior to arriving and waited at counter for some time. It would be better if there was a clear explanation made before arriving.

the hotel only provide 2 face towels per day in evening time

So convenient and good location but no staff at lobby but ok next time I will book again

I dont expect much for the low prices. I only find the bathroom is abit small, compared to other hotel around the area.

真的很差 …不能再差了 1. 辦入住的時候 前台完全沒有人！ 需要機器辦自助入住.. BUT 不到4:30PM 機器也不好使 你衹能等着 這一天就耽誤過去了 也沒辦法出去玩兒 2. 好不容易入住了 屋裡巨熱 把你烤化那種 空調29度 降温也不好使 自己無法調控 3. 裝修看起來不錯 但實際很舊 4. 第二天早上又是個噩夢 不到11點 前台終於出現了 完全不會英語 大韓語和我喊 但我滾出去退房 態度惡劣的老頭兒 真是嚇了一跳 總結一下 這位置不錯 在正街上 門口有機場大巴 但是真的不適合出差住！

완전 넓고 복층까지 침대 3개 있는게 좋았어요 역삼 한복판에 있어서 놀러나가기도 좋았습니당 ㅎㅎ 근데 복층 올라가는 계단이 넘 무서워서 술먹고는 못올라가봤어요 잘 쉬다 갑니다~~

房間很差，自行入住的，前台基本沒有。 空調在床的正上方，聲音很大，根本睡不着。 三天才會打掃房間。而且不允許提前退房。 提説空調聲音大，也不讓退。極度差評

非常に便利で、色々動き回る旅の拠点として最高でした。 ヨッサム駅、ソンルン駅どちらにも歩いて行けます。 一階にはGS25、部屋には洗濯機と電子レンジがあります。 連泊の場合は部屋の清掃はありませんが、毎日水2本と新しいタオルがドアノブに掛けてあります。 チェックインは機械でと事前に聞いていましたが、深夜の到着にも関わらずフロントにいた方が機械の操作を率先してやってくださったのも嬉しかったです。(たまたまだったと思いますが) 古いホテルの様で、清掃の足りてなさや、どことなく漂う暗さみたいなものがありますが、ひとり旅には必要充分でした。

더럽고, 관리 안되고, 먼지 쌓이고 최악입니다. 정말 정말 주변에 방이 없거나, 주변 모텔이나, 다른 숙박으로 가는것을 추천드립니다.
