The room is very new and the design of the room is just perfect. I would come again on my next trip.

Staffs service are awesome. Downside for the hotel is that, it’s slightly different from other places, Andaz. Their rooms aren’t that luxurious and we were surprised that the in room slippers are very normal, doesn’t even have the word Andaz on it.

My friend and I stayed in Andaz for two nights which was memorable! I asked the hotel to make reservations for me prior to check in, and also during the stay, while the staff were very cheerful and helpful!! The location is also good where is just next to the subway. I will definitely come back to Andaz!

It was a super great experience to have been this awesome hotel. It was amazing. The location is really close from the metro, only 1 or 2 minutes walk from the exit. Secondly, I had seen that the managers are not so friendly, but it was a totally wrong information. Everyone I met was super nice, even the people cleaning the room, they always gave smiles to the passengers. I could not use the swimming pool, but I heard the people saying the pool was so good.
