Really clean with a nice receptionist who can speak English and Japanese. Have hot water and clean the room daily. The only problem is that the Aircon is Central control. It doesn't allow us to change the temp and will auto off after 7pm, according to the receptionist. the Aircon switches off at 12 am in the morning leaving the room hot and stuffy. The receptionist provided a fan instead but it is still not very comfortable as the room is still quite hot even in autumn

It’s a good location above the shopping mall, clean, small room but enough to just rest. Hotel staff is able to speak Japanese too!

The hotel’s prime location across from the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) is noteworthy, offering proximity to a Seoul landmark. Despite concerns about street noise, the interior remains pleasantly quiet. The room was well-kept and equipped with essential amenities like soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc. Navigating the entrance posed a slight challenge, given its resemblance to the adjacent shopping center building. Improving accessibility could be achieved by clearly indicating the hotel’s location at the entrance.

The receptionist spoke Japanese and kindly provided instructions for the early morning express bus on the way back. The room was spacious and I chose a room with a bathtub, so it was very comfortable.

Every time I come to Dongdaemun, I stay at this hotel. There is a convenience store downstairs, as well as snacks and money exchange. It is also convenient to the subway station. There are various functions. There is also a water dispenser on the first floor of the building, which is great. This time I booked a room with a bathtub The space is relatively large, but it is very small without a bathtub.

Location: Right in the middle of Dongdaemun. There are people at the front desk who can speak Japanese. There are luggage scales on each floor. There are food stalls right in front of the hotel and Oryang is close by. I took line 4 from Seoul Station, but the closest exit was number 10, and it was a bit difficult to go up the stairs. I think the cleanliness is fairly good. There were some women's hairs falling out, but it was within the acceptable range. The hair dryer provided was very inconvenient. I asked the front desk to change it because it was set to stop if it was used for more than 5 minutes, but they used a translator to tell me that it was hot so I should wait a little while. Also, the entrance was hard to find at first. I can eat at Chitin without missing the last train, and I can go to Nyunyu, so if I'm traveling alone, I'll come back.
