Ulasan Hotel the Artist Dongdaemun

It was a great stay at the hotel and I would definitely same there again! The staff were really friendly and helpful! The area was great to get food and really close to the subway station.

The front desk and cleaning staff were responsive and kind, immediately helping me to keep my window blind open and supplying a fan for my room (I do not like A/C). The room lighting was rather dark, and the furnishings were worn, however the bedding, floor, and surfaces were quite clean. The bottles of water in the lobby was a nice touch. Overall, I'd stay here again, but I won't go out of my way to do so. The lobby floor seemed nice, but I didn't spend much time there, so I am not sure what else to say about that. I did not eat in the hotel. They supplied all the standard things like a toothbrush that I think they shouldn't in order to cut environmental costs.

Nice hotel in a good location. Not far from by walking to the next MRT station and a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The location is excellent. So close to airport limo bus and metro and local buses. Lots of local eateries to explore.

They dont clean the room every day. Bed sheets are very dirty and need to check when you enter the room. Only good thing is location for transportation...

The hotel is very close to a subway station. It is near many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Its convenient to travel around places. The staff was kind. It was a nice stay.

I had to make a reservation in a hurry because I had something to do in Seoul, and I used it comfortably. The bedding was clean and I liked it.

I had a good stay The regrets are everywhere. I visited several times in a month. I chose this place because of the location and food. I will visit again next time.

The wall of the room is covered with handprints, it looks really scary! 😒Stayed for three nights, and there were only two people at the front desk who knew and spoke English. It happened to rain when I checked out on the last day, so I bought a long-handled umbrella for 5,000 won from the front desk. After turning it on and off three times, it couldn't be turned off. I reported it to the front desk. , the response was blackface. 😓

The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, since the car was big, there was no parking space, so I paid to park in a nearby paid parking lot. It would have been better if the parking was better.

There is no air conditioning in the room, so you need to open the window. It's noisy at night, with a lot of cars, especially motorcycles.

I liked the overall modern design and the bedding was comfortable.
