Ulasan Ocean Blue Hotel

I recently attended a conference in Jeju and chose your hotel for its proximity to the Jeju ICC. The location was indeed convenient, surrounded by various tourist attractions such as Jusangjeolli Cliff, African Museum, Jungmun Saekdal Beach, and the Cheonjeyeon Waterfall. I opted for a deluxe room with a double bed and a single bed, suitable for those traveling with a family. Nevertheless, I would like to share some feedback from our stay that could contribute to an improved guest experience. Firstly, despite booking both rooms simultaneously almost a month in advance, my friend and I were assigned different facilities. My room, situated on a lower floor, offered a less-than-ideal view, while my friend enjoyed a room on the 3rd floor. This discrepancy was confusing, especially considering online records still showed available rooms. Furthermore, the temperature control in my room posed challenges. The AC couldn't be adjusted, and there was no remote provided. Turning off the AC manually led to an uncomfortably warm room, aggravated by the absence of a fan. As a temporary solution, we resorted to opening the window, but this introduced a security concern due to easy terrace access from outside. Additionally, I observed a variance in cleaning standards. While I recognize the importance of adhering to cleaning protocols, the cleanliness of the room fell below expectations. Despite these concerns, I must acknowledge the commendable location and room amenities. However, addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance overall guest satisfaction. I appreciate your attention to these matters and trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable experience for future guests. 공간은 좁았지만 침구와 욕실 깨끗하고 워치도 굿입니다~!

本來住在機場附近的市區，中間有一天去漢拿山玩，玩好之後想繼續乘車一路向南看看，就來到了中文區，當天嫌回機場區太遠，所以臨時訂的酒店。 這家酒店接近民宿的標準，設施環境一般，但離海邊很近，早上散步去海邊一路風景非常優美。春節期間性價比也很高。

욕실 : 붙밖이샤워 물때. 녹때. 핸드샤워기 줄 녹때. 물때 베드 시트위 : 좁쌀크기 딱딱한 이물질 2개 베드옆탁자위 : 긴머리카락 한줄 하룻밤 잠만자고 나오기에 가성비 좋고. 행사장 ICC 도보 거리로 이용하기 좋음

不太滿意， 1. 雖然房間是3點才辦理入住，但其他大部分時間前台都沒人，打電話找前台很不方便。 2. 房間內的拖鞋都是濕的，沒法穿， 3. 一樓房間的拉門沒法反鎖，有安全隱患。

호텔 내부는 한 사람이 머무르기 괜찮은 숙소였어요 주변이 황량한것만 빼면 며칠 머무르기엔 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각합니다

너무 오래된 느낌. 관리도 잘 안돼고 냄새가 남ㅠ

環境舒適，乾淨 衞生

The Ocean Blue Hotel was in fact quite nice, although I had been a bit concerned before I checked in. Room was clean in general. Two bottles of water were provided every day. TV was good. Wifi was fast. I did not have a chance to have a meal at the hotel. It is about 10 minutes to walk from the Jeju ICC. The room was very cheap with an amazing value. One issue is there is nothing within 10 minutes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. For me, I had a meeting at the ICC, so it was okay.

바다 뷰인데 2층이어서 저 멀리 조금 보이는 정도이고, (저렴하긴함) 화장실 구석부분이나 샤워호스에 찌든때 좀 남아있음
