Amazing hotel, clean, all amenities present. Staff is really pleasant and helpful. Good parking outside, just make sure you don’t get a ticket. Friendly people all around. Good night life.

Everything is good , near to many restaurants

Stayed for two nights, the bathroom was so old that there was no place to hang towels. The weather is cold and the heating is not warm。 No parking lot, all valet parking The attitude of the service staff is very polite, which is the only good thing

The people at the hotel are very sweet and accommodating but they need to do better when cleaning hotel rooms…the sink smelled like sewer water. I thought it’s just one night but every time we turned it on it was a strong odor. I felt gross even washing my hands, let alone brushing my teeth. The drain should be cleaned at hotels. The vents were full of dirt. I had my baby and it just disappointed me more than anything..it felt dirty. It was too late to switch or do anything. Please do better for the health of others.

The hotel is in a good location. Restaurants, shopping, museums and the old town are all within a 1-kilometer walk. It is safer as there are no homeless people nearby.

The hotel is located in the relatively safe Pasadena area, within walking distance of nearby commercial areas, subway stations and bus stops. It is very close to some universities.
