A wonderful place to stay near senggigi for our honeymoon. A good place for a quiet sleep and a checkpoint to reach the beach and foods. At first we stayed in a king deluxe room, but there was a centipede in the shower, after staff sprayed pesticide in the sewage roaches came crawling in the bathroom. Thanks to the wonderful staff service we're able to upgrade our room to a suite. You guys deserve all the stars for helping us. Thanks for top notch service and wonderful room.

Was really great! Well located in the hub of the city. Breakfast was amazing. Service was amazing! The rooms are spacious! Wouldn't recommend a massage in room.

Life Saver. I got sick at a hotel nearby from the food they were providing so I changed to the Aruna. Not only does it have many restaurants nearby but the breakfast was one of the best buffet styles I’ve had in Indonesia. Instantly got better within a day and saved that part of my trip.

After getting off the airport they want taxis for 350 rupees but this is very expensive instead you have to walk a certain distance and go with gojek grap or maxim. The location of the hotel is nice it is not possible to go directly to the beach but you can reach it by passing through a road unfortunately it does not belong to only the hotel guests others can come and go. The swimming pool inside the hotel is nice and clean the breakfast is magnificent open menu you can eat as much as you want it does not cool due to air conditioning if your air conditioning is broken ask for another room immediately the menus sent to the room are not nice and very expensive instead you can buy ready meals from outside and heat water in the kettle inside and eat cheaply yourself. Again inside the hotel there are very nice places to take photos around you can go and stay there for 5 days

Location: Very close to Senggigi Beach, less than five kilometers away, but the sand on the beach there is black and the slope is relatively large, which is not as good as the hotel's own beach service. It is 26 kilometers from here to the cross-island pier to the three Gili Islands, and it can be reached in one hour by motorcycle. Facilities: Complete facilities, toiletries, slippers, hair dryers, and small refrigerators are available in the room, but there is no bottled water. There is a water bottle, and you can get water from the water dispenser in the corridor. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, which is very convenient for drinking coffee. There is also a small rooftop bar on the third floor where you can eat and drink, and there are band performances. In addition to the gym and swimming pool, there is also a trail that can go up the mountain. Environment: Clean and sanitary, cleaned in time, the overall environment of the hotel is very good, across the road from the hotel is the beach, where you can order a drink, sit on the beach to watch the sunset, and there are also bands playing. This is also the hotel's motorcycle parking lot, which can be parked for free and is very safe. Service: The service is enthusiastic, the staff will greet you warmly, and will respond actively if there is a need. The hotel provides 24-hour ordering and massage services.

The most wonderful hotel I have been to recently. It is so quiet, calm, comfortable and incredibly friendly. The people are a special thanks. They are so welcoming, friendly, that you just want to dissolve in this place and never leave. The sea is within walking distance. Cafes, shops - too. The rooms in the main building are very large and cozy. The cottages on the other side are smaller and darker, in my opinion, but they also have their own charm. We liked this hotel so much that we extended it for the entire period of stay - 1 month.

There is only a road between the hotel and the beach, so it is very convenient to go to the beach. The hotel staff are very friendly and always provide smiling service. In addition, the public space of the hotel is very well designed. There are many public spaces on each floor, where you can sit there quietly to read a book and look at the sea.

I thought it was a good value for the price. It would probably cost several tens of thousands of yen in Japan, but it was a great hotel!
