Was good and price was good

The room was a little small but clean and the bathroom was a good size and also had a bathtub which was nice because I prefer baths. The only strange thing was that due to Tet Holliday they locked the front door with a bike lock from 12-6 and we wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette. Thankfully he did let us out and we felt really bad because he was sleeping behind the desk. I think due to the Holliday the hotel was short staffed.

Very friendly receptionists despite the fact that they don't use English, but it's not sth constraints them from being helpful. I booked for two nights through Trip but extend the stay to 5 nights. Place, location and especially the window view very valuable for money spent. Down the street there is a bakery shop open 24 hours, some small businesses around making the street active. Nice experience and I highly recommend more to come.

A normal hotel for a rating of 4 if you stay for a couple of nights. Moderately clean, the staff is friendly. You need to understand that it is located a little away from the entire tourist part. We went by taxi, it is not expensive. The bed is for 4, as is the bathroom. I am ready to recommend for 2-3 nights. There are almost no public catering places or cafes near the cafe. The room itself is a little tired, but quite clean by Vietnamese standards.

It's quite tiring every time I book a hotel room here on trip. When I get there, the receptionist can't check in. Because they can't find the order. Or they jump to another app. Of course, the customer doesn't know, they only know they booked on trip, the order has been confirmed, the invoice has been issued... but every time they check in, the receptionist says there's no such order. It's tiring enough for the customer to stand for a long time and travel. Even if they can't check, they ask the customer to cancel the order and book again :)))

The staff don't speak English, but you can communicate with Google Translate, so it's not a problem. Breakfast has 12 options, including pho. It's not a buffet. The room was clean, the bed and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff did a perfect job. The location is far from the downtown area, but there is a Grab taxi so it's not a problem.
