9.1/10
GGuest UserThe reception was good and it was very comfortable. Hotel facilities are excellent. It was nice to have coffee in the room. The location is very convenient.
GGuest UserMy husband and I spent our 1st wedding anniversary at Del Lago-we were super impressed. We loved the ******. And, we loved loved our room. The bed was so comfy-felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. We plan to go back hopefully around News Years Eve. It was everything we expected.
Sincerely,
Mrs.Wheeler:)
GGuest UserExcellent throughout, although not perfect.
The bathroom could have been better. It had no hooks for clothes or horizontal surfaces for cosmetics. The floor was cold. The shower floor was not anti-skid, and there were no hand rails. The shower water control was located such that your arm was sprayed with cold water as it was tuned on.
JJackgangchenNo extra beds, small rooms. The bed is small, there is parking, no charge. The location is relatively biased and there are no restaurants or supermarkets around. The staff was welcoming, but the breakfast was not ideal. The hotel's grade is not high, the room is very humid, and the air conditioner should be lowered.
