its near to the town within 5 minutes arrive, the manager is friendly but there is no any service for 1.6k price paid. There is no phone in the room, when u need something there is no one around, basically u have to walk to the restaurant to find someone and wait for some time to get your request fulfilled, quite tiring. Food is yummy.

Hotel staff decorated our room for anniversary celebration. Super thoughtful of them. They have different equipments for snorkelling and paddle board for free. Food is great. We had salted egg prawns for one night and steamed prawn with eggs the other night. Some hairs on the bedsheets though... Otherwise the room is very clean. Great air conditioner. There's tour for island visiting and jumping. We joined one for Timba Timba beach, MataKing Island and Pom Pom island. Dived twice and snorkelling for three times. Time well spent with skillful coach and complimentary underwater video taping and photo taking.

The location is very convenient where it is 5 min from the main Semporna town. The food is very good. The manager is a great guy and will go out of his way to help you out. The only bad thing is that garbage will float to the resort from town or the other on-water bungalows.

Beautiful place to stay and will definitely consider to return. Helpful staffers and friendly services.

We had a great time at the hotel. The menu was a bit repetitive, but the location was unbeatable and being near the sea right away from the balcony of the bungalow was something amazing. My girlfriend and me we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything in the resort is fantastic. Just be weary of floating garbage during high tide and at night......

距離島上蠻近的！15分鐘的船程 因為距離城市較近，所以相對的比較安全， 附近皆有海警駐點！ 既可以遠離塵囂享受海上的寧靜，也不用太擔心偏遠而有危險！ 只是附近海域的垃圾有點多，希望大家到此遊玩時可以愛護環境。 渡假村的設施較少，適合放空耍廢，白天可以浮潛玩SUP，晚上較為無聊，可以帶點零食在房內陽台小酌聊天，也是很有氣氛。

設施：出乎意料的驚喜，新建的水屋，但是房間設施應有盡有，但是一半沒有之下大海和網格，因為趕工沒那麼快。 衞生：沒問題，新建的就比較合適。 環境：沒毛病，已經算不錯的了。 服務：華人管家真的超級棒！！！ 免費晚餐:豐富，比鎮上好吃，我們去鎮上簡直無語住了。 免費午餐:比較簡單，也能填飽肚子。 免費下午茶:可以看海享受，不錯的。

這個水屋有點出乎我意料的滿意。很乾凈，設施維護的也很好。經理是個華人小哥，普通話很好也很健談。從綜合指標來看，值得推薦！

房間很大很舒適   環境也很捧  完美的果凍海 但三餐食物選擇比較少   早午餐不太好吃 晚餐有海鮮很不錯
