The hotel Really bad. Swimming pool can't be used. Smelly and dirty.The counter keep ignoring and try not service. Room is not clean  Always stay in Semarang different hotel. This is the worst. Keep away from this

The service is very average. I booked it half an hour ago and wanted to change to a king-size bed room. The front desk paid more money, but they didn't refund it online. The network is also very average, and the water is in buckets.
