Strategic location and affordable price for transit hotel

Good budget hotel City center, food easy to find

Came there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the "system" so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected. I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain. Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for. Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for. The rest of the stay was great. I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

The location is very strategic, in the middle of the city. The price is affordable. The building is also still new. But the AC isn't cold, and the downside is something you really need to consider: if it rains, it floods! I've read reviews about flooding, I don't think it will be a problem. Turns out it's troublesome

Small hotel (FYI doesn't seem to have extra beds), but very clean. It's really good

This hotel is more suitable for backpackers, because the rooms are small, the bathroom is also small, in the room there are no cupboards or chairs. Strategic location because it is in the city center and close to Paragon Mall.

Overall it's good, clean and the service is really good
