"For car rental people, there is a very good point with parking service, and it is on the ancient street, opposite to a scenic spot, two steps to the drainage canal. There is a roast suckling pig on the ancient street. It is really delicious. It is burnt and tender. It is rare to feel that it can be comparable to Chinese food. This hotel is very elegant, and the top floor can be 360 degrees, see the scenery of the whole city, whether it is sunset and sunrise, the weather is good, you can see"
"Because I especially like Segovia, I specially found a hotel with parking spaces. Many room types in this hotel cannot be unsubscribed.
Driving from Toledo to Segovia for an hour and a half, I parked the car in the white line at the entrance of the hotel. At the time of check-in, a yellow-haired fat front desk told the car that it must be parked in the charging place, and there was no free parking space seen when booking. The white line parking space can be parked for five minutes, and the timeout will call the trailer to tow me away. Helpless, I can stop in the blue line behind, because I can't operate, the front desk helped me enter the license plate number in the case of extreme impatience, I repeatedly confirmed whether it was correct and parked the car to pay. But I received an 80 euro ticket that night, but the front desk meant that I was not lucky, and she couldn’t help it. Later, thanks to a staff member telling me to cancel the ticket, I learned that the method of entering the license plate number at the front desk was wrong. Go to the front desk theory. The meaning of the front desk is very arrogant, that is, we are the front desk, we don't know how to enter the license plate number, this has nothing to do with us, I am very angry, quarreled, and I am not happy. Isn't this discrimination? The next day I checked out and went to the theory before going back. In short, this hotel was very uncomfortable."

"The location is superb: five minutes walk to the castle, 7 minutes to the church, and 20 minutes to the Roman waterway. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the hotel's barrier-free facilities are very good, convenient for wheelchair guests. Drive directly into the booked hotel parking garage, parking fee 17 euros per night. Then there is a helicopter elevator to the front desk on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is on the first floor, it is quite rich in Europe, 9 euros per person. (These are the charges for May 2023). It is a boutique hotel and it is recommended."
"All right, the staff treatment, the director explains how the Mudéjar house was born (very interesting and charming).
We will be sure that it didn't give us time to the spa.
And the perfect location.
Thank you very much"
"There was a proprietary hotel parking space at the entrance of the hotel, but it was still trailed by the police. It was said that the car could be parked for 15 minutes and was fined more than 100 euros, and the hotel did not have other parking lots."

Good
AAnonymous UserI really like this hotel. It was converted from a monastery. The design is great and the management is first-class. The room is large and the breakfast is pretty good. Children under 4 years old need to pay breakfast and per capita fee, totaling 30 Euros.
GGuest UserI really liked it, comfortable and well located.
The 15th century cloister is a marvel and it is a pleasure and a luxury to have coffee there.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is good.
The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious.
Very well located for walking to the city centre, the start of the Aqueduct is just a few metres from the hotel.
A highly recommended choice.
EEunice Moreno GallegoAlthough it is far from the center, it has a bus stop right in front that runs every 15' and only costs €1. The hotel has free parking, which you rarely find. The decoration is beautiful and the cleaning is very good.
GGuest UserThe location is very good, just beside the small square in the center of the ancient city. Warm service, luggage can be stored, the bathroom in the room is large, comfortable to live, recommend friends who come to Segovia to live.
CchiwaiVery helpful staff I may have mis spell Diez. Night shift on 4.22. We plan to drive to Madrid but unsure if we can due to our rented car had not applied the entry permit. He had been super helpful, searching in website n found where v may park our car outskirt of Madrid n take a train to go. Clear instruction. Real helpful! Room size is big n clean. Great view n v had dinner in the restaurant.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to a large water tank. There are McDonald's fast food restaurants and restaurants nearby. The hotel has its own underground paid parking lot. When leaving the parking lot, be careful to stay away from the door to avoid hitting it when the door is opened. The front desk of the hotel was very welcoming, recommended restaurants to us, and helped us call to make reservations. The room is slightly small.
GGuest UserOttima posizione vicino alla stazione dei pullman . Vicino all' acquedotto romano , 5 minuti a piedi....10 minuti dalla Cattedrale e circa 15 dall' Alcazar.personale gentile ,stanza ampia letto e cuscini comodi. Ottimo prezzo ,ottima qualità.ottima scelta.
GGuest UserIn addition to the excellent location of the hotel: right next to the water canal
Others are average
The room is small, the front desk is not welcoming, the room structure is strange, and there are no windows, and there is a gas station next to it
