This hotel is idea for a few days rest from overseas travel back with shuttle service and can call for early check in before 3pm. Rooms are adequate for the price and front desk staff is customer friendly. I will stay here every time when I leave for overseas or return.

Everything overall was good. There was easy parking close to my room, the staff were nice and answered our questions and the room was clean when we got there. The only problems I encountered was the shower not working properly(the water would not get hot, it stayed room temperature), sink gets clogged very easily(only had water go down the sink nothing chunky), ice machine was out of order the whole trip, and the plugs are very loose and none of our plugs for chargers would stay on.

Liked: Close proximity to airport Disliked: Dirty and stained bed sheets and towels; staff not so friendly or welcoming; bed was hard and my back started aching after 3rd night; building was old and dilapidated; room smelled terrible; sink didn’t have hot water; no microwave/mini fridge in room. Felt like a prison cell.

I fr couldn’t sleep there when i went inside it wasn’t clean and i had to sleep on my car because the room are just not good place for me to stay safe plus the door from the hotel they don’t close it stay open so anyone can come in

I got a very poor and decrepit room with a broken heater, there were cigarette burns in the blanket! The telephone did not function at all for the 9 day stay and the TV picture was snowy’ I did not complain to the management as several years ago I had a similar experience at a motel 6 and when I complained I was asked to leave! It was necessary for me to stay as I did not have an option! I think what I experienced is a violation of my civil and human rights which should be investigated! It is shocking!

We needed a place that was easy access to I-5 going to work in Auburn. This was a good choice!

Very clean and tidy and perfect for the price, only thing was no hot water but it wasn’t a big deal for me

It's a Motel 6. Pretty much a no frills motel. Perfect for an overnight stay. It could have been much cleaner, both the room and the motel common areas. But you get what you pay for and I didn't exactly pay a lot. Overall, it was safe and quiet, which is what I was mainly concerned with.

I didn’t like the facility, there was no food service or kitchen service . There is no toothbrush or hand wash in the washroom

Really close to the airport. Things can be old or deteriorated but everything was clean. The front office people were kind and polite
