The Hilton is not a 4 star hotel, the room was really cold when we arrived and the air conditioning didn't really make it any warmer. The room was OK and clean, the shower didn't have much water and the hairdryer was only lukewarm. The blankets in the bed were too thin in winter. Breakfast was so-so, the coffee was excellent. A lot of things weren't refilled. The location is convenient if you're going to the wine fair, as the hotel is right across the street. Nice and cozy is a different story. The receptionists are very friendly.

It is a very good hotel for traveling by car because it has a public parking lot connected. Many of the facilities are newly built, which is good. The location is also convenient to go to the city center by tram. One thing that was disappointing was that the weather was hot, and the air conditioner only worked in the fan mode on the first day, which was very uncomfortable on a hot night. The next day, the air conditioner seemed to work as a cooling system, but the cooling was not sufficient.

The room was very satisfactory except for the layout which was not ideal. There is also a subway nearby which is very convenient for travel.

We were in Strasbourg for 4 days and were very impressed.
The welcome at the hotel was very warm. Everything was explained in a very friendly manner (city map/parking/sights, etc.)
The room was fine, clean and charmingly furnished.
There is a kettle so you can make coffee or tea at any time.
The bathroom is very modern and clean. Small note: we were missing a power socket here.
The breakfast buffet is very extensive.
We would particularly like to praise the extremely friendly, multilingual staff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet.
That is no longer a given these days.
Otherwise, the hotel is relatively central to the sights. You don't need a car or public transport.
Conclusion: Everything was to our complete satisfaction and we would recommend the hotel without hesitation

Great location, spacious rooms. This room has a small kitchen, a set of utensils, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. A large and comfortable bed, clean sheets, a combined bathroom, all the equipment in the bathroom are in good condition, and the hot water pressure is good. Wi-Fi is only near the reception, but it is fast. 24 hours reception. I recommend it to everyone.

For breakfast, there are croissants and two to three types of bread to choose from, coffee and other beverages are provided by the machine, and the juices include orange juice and apple juice. Generally speaking, it is very economical and affordable for an adult at six euros (half price for children under twelve years old). However, the quadruple room (one double bed + bunk bed) really has limited space for activities. There was no tea or coffee in the room, and no kettle, but the hotel staff was very kind and willing to give us hot water.
