"Hotel swarat @ satna is average. Staff are good but facilities provided by hotel is not good. There is no toilet pressure washer in each room. We thought first that we don't have in our room so we shifted in another room there also the same there is no toilet pressure washer. I surprised to see when there is western toilet and there this simple thing is not there. Even hot water is not there only warm water flows. Hotel staff try to give much good service but basic problems in the hotel management which is not upto mark. I will not prefer this hotel in the future. Thanks"
