"Our room was so expensive and the “queen bed” was not even a queen. I measured, it was a double. So small and cramped and hard. When I tried to let them know they told me it was definitely a queen in a very condescending way while he laughed and made a nasty face."

"I was very satisfied with my stay. I was glad that the pick up from the airport was included, though I needed to wait quite a long time. I would arrange a different system, e.g. I would send out a form after booking and ask if the guest arrives by plane, if yes, with which flight, so then a shuttle can be arranged on a shorter time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice, the gym is clean and the pool area was also amazing. I would return in the future."

"Breakfast was included. The variety wasn't huge, but the menu changed slightly the next day, so there was some variety even on consecutive days, which was nice. I would have been happy if there had been some vegetables, though. The room was spacious and clean. Hand soap and body cream were conveniently placed in bottles on the bathroom wall."
