A bit expensive compared to other hotels

The overall stay was good. Despite the constant running up and down the hallways at all hours from the kids staying at the hotel. Could hear them down our hallways as well as the floor above us too. The room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked the housekeeping staff not to have put the hide away bed back away while we were gone as we just had to pull it back out afain. A little inconvenient. Pool/hot tub was much better than the last time we stayed here as it was overclorinated and ruined 3 bathing suits. So was pleasantly surprised that we didnt have to itch and scratch all night like last time. Glad we gave it another chance. Breakfast was good except for the huge mess that was the waffle station. Batter everywhere.

This hotel is on the edge of the city, which unfortunately means that there isn’t much around it the bathroom in my original room had a visual, bacteria and a red stain on the shower curtain I brought it up to the staff and they moved me rooms within 10 minutes overall it was a decent stay, but things definitely could happen better

Great hotel, will definitely stay again. Loved the pool area and the beds and pillows were perfect! Lobby, elevator and pool corners and ledges could use a little better cleaning. But room was spotless!!

Our stay was good other than when we got there they did not have my reservation. They told me that ******* had cancelled my reservation? They were able to get us in a different room thank goodness as we were there for a concert.

Loved the pool! We even got to use the water slide which was fun and fast! The pool was nice and warm which was great. The check in was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again for sure.

This used to be a great hotel to stay in but it is getting run down. We were unable to control the heat in our room. Front desk called a couple of times, room temp was 17 degrees and only able to get to 18 degrees before we checked out. Air conditioner/heater was unplugged when we got there, found it wasn't working. Ground level, very noisy.

The room had no heat control, it was very cold and the thermostat wouldn’t work. the room had boogers on one bed sheet, a used sucker under the other one. Pull out couch had blood stains on the mattress. The ziplock bag with a face cloth in had a big black hair inside it. The pool and hot tub were very dirty. Also breakfast was very limited as food was usually not refilled. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. I talked to comfort suite about refunding some money and they offered me 50 percent off my next stay. Needless to say I won’t be going back. A refund would have been a good way to go. Very disappointing place.

The stay was really good, we were there for a volleyball tournament. We chose this hotel for the included breakfast but missed it because it didn't open until 6:30 and we needed to be at the tournament at 6:45.

Generally, I found the hotel very nice, and my stay was mostly positive. I didn't have a very restful sleep though, due to the ice machine being outside my room, and also it seemed there was some kind of noisy cart being moved right outside my room as well. This woke me up a couple times during the night. Also, during checkout, the staff didn't ask how my stay was, as I would have told them about the noise and my trouble sleeping if they had asked.

Only had one complaint, when we went to crawl into bed and pulled back the covers you could see the fitted sheet in the bed was clean and had been changed but you could see a dark spot, once we pulled the fitted sheet off you could see a blood spot the size of half the palm of your hand on the mattress protector. So the fitted sheet obviously had been changed but the mattress protector had not and the bed was made without noticing it or without washing the mattress protector. Every thing else was or seemed clean and was great, that was the only downside to the $160 room. We mentioned it on check out but nothing was done to fix or make the situation right.

Nice room, nice property. Bath had lots of hair in in it. Had to clean the tub kut before taking a bath.

Nice quiet hotel near Sasktel Place, breakfast was good, hotel condition pretty good, some things need replacing soon but normal wear and rear for age of hotel. Nice pool/hot tub & waterslide area. Tim Hortons & Costco nearby. Check in quick with pre-check in through email. Check out was quick and easy.
