I did not get to stay in this hotel because the airline that I booked through Trip.Com cancelled their flight 2-hours before it departed Luton airport. I did not get to Sarajevo thus I lost the cost of this hotel accommodation, a four-day car hire, and the flight itself. Trip.Com must validate the efficacy, trustworthiness, and quality of service provided by all of its supply chain - it can not process their customer's money without accepting liability for their supply chain partners. I am not a satisfied customer because I didn't get to experience the service provided by this hotel. Is it the hotel's fault - No. Its Trip.Com's fault for engaging an unscrupulous airline like Wizz Air
