Great Stay at.the hotel. Location & room is great.

The hotel is extremely clean in a good location. All amenities provided from pajama to cleansing foam. You can come stay empty handed. All staffs are nice - I had some issue with items bought from the local store and the staff helped me solve the issue. I recommend this hotel if you atr staying in Sapporo.

The location of the hotel is quite good and there is a car park at the hotel but you have to pay for car park fee.

Great location, walkable to Sapporo tower and nearby subway/ bus stations. Rooms had great decor, bed is comfy and all in all a great experience - we would stay again.

We had a good stay, and it was comfortable, albeit smaller with fewer amenities in the room... but it served its purpose. The location was pretty good, walking distance to many food and shopping places. Driving out from there to Otaru was also easy. Service was pretty good for us. Front office staff always had a smile on their face.

Location are super convenient, just 1 min to subway station and 5 min walking distance to Shopping street. Bed is comfortable

Next to train station, walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Hotel is new and clean, parking is nightmare during Saturday night and crowd will clear around 11pm to find parking lot

如果不考慮早餐的品質和服務的話 選擇這個酒店是沒問題的 這家酒店主要以韓國團隊遊客為主 人很多 頂樓泡湯的浴室偏小 7點以後人非常多 一直持續到12點左右 有天晚上我11點半進去 鞋櫃幾乎還是塞滿了鞋子 人多意味着湯池裡人也很多 湯池有兩個 室外一個室內一個 室外那個湯池最多可以擠進去6～8人 8個人就要臉貼臉了 沒辦法泡的 如果這些都不介意 還是能考慮的 其次 酒店工作人員大多數是沒有笑容的 更不要説主動打招呼這種事兒 當然如果不介意的話 依舊可以選擇這個酒店 早餐人也很多 服務員很少 經常看她們忙的跳腳加穿來穿去的小跑 端着盤子的我心裏還是有點慌的 早餐對於我來説 過於簡單了 不過也能吃飽 多吃兩碗茶泡飯就好了 總的來講 房間比預期的大很多 但其他方面都低於預期 下次不會選擇了 但會選擇同地段隔壁的酒店
