Ulasan Hotel Shikanoyu

Hotel pemandian air panas yang sudah lama berdiri dengan buffet di pagi dan sore hari, terdapat banyak tempat istirahat di dalam hotel, cocok untuk istirahat selama perjalanan. Pemandian umum yang besar memiliki pemandian dalam ruangan, pemandian terbuka, dan sauna. Standar makanan dan minumannya bagus. Ruang tatami yang saya pilih luas dan secara keseluruhan sangat nyaman. Mungkin karena tokonya lama, tapi stopkontak di kamar tidak banyak, jadi hati-hati.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan terminal bus, fasilitas pemandian air panas juga sangat baik, dan pemandangan gunung dari kamar sangat indah. Namun pada saat kami check in, kami menemukan serpihan tatami di atas tatami dan menyuruh pihak hotel untuk membersihkannya.Namun pihak hotel tidak meminta maaf atau memberikan diskon apapun setelah itu atau saat kami check out, sehingga kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan.

Stafnya ramah, pemandangannya bagus, makan malam dan sarapannya enak, cukup bagus untuk harganya, memiliki banyak fasilitas tambahan, dan pemandian air panas, tempat istirahat, dan layanan minumannya bagus. Pemandangan dedaunan musim gugur di Jozankei sungguh indah.

Hotel sumber air panas tradisional yang besar dengan fasilitas pengisian daya modern yang tidak memadai, tetapi lokasi kelas satu, kualitas sumber air panas yang sangat baik, sarapan dan makan malam yang lezat, staf yang ramah, jaket bulu dan payung transparan untuk dipinjamkan, yang nyaman untuk berjalan di salju, a pengalaman memuaskan, direkomendasikan.

"Renovated (uneven), great onsen, convenient location" Most of the hotel’s facilities were recently renovated, so they felt new and beautiful. However, only some of the rooms had been updated. Our room was older—not too old, but slightly disappointing compared to the pretty new lobby. That said, it was clean. Our room was near several Chinese tourists who often talked in the corridor, but it was quiet at night. Buffet dinner and breakfast were included. The food was okay—good compared to other countries, but average compared to other Japanese hotels. The onsen was excellent, with multiple pools at different temperatures, including cold baths and an open-air onsen (though partially enclosed due to the hotel’s location). There was a lounge area with free soft drinks and massage chairs before entering the onsen. A table tennis area was also available, though in the basement and a bit hot, so we didn’t play. The reception spoke limited English but tried their best to communicate. There was also a self-service coffee machine in the lobby with a lounge area to relax. The hotel’s location was very convenient: close to the bus stop, with convenience stores nearby. During our summer visit, the illumination event was walkable from the hotel.

This is a nice hotel with a great onsen. Dinner and breakfast offer a variety of choices. It is within walking distance to Jozankei Shrine.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shikanoyu! The room was spacious and comfortable, which made for a very relaxing experience. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options – definitely a highlight of the stay. The service was top-notch; the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I also appreciated the large car park, which made parking hassle-free. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the main shopping and restaurant areas, so you’ll need to drive or plan ahead for meals and shopping. That said, the peaceful surroundings actually added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I really liked this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Middle of no where. Luckily I have booked dinner and breakfast otherwise have to find food from convenient stores. Great Onsen and nice tatami. Friendly service. Good breakfast and dinner
