Clean ,Large room ,comfortable bed , breakfast was simple but healthy delicious. is short walk from Nakajima park station.Miss Wang at reception was friendly and helpful ,she speaks Chinese so making enquiry for information about Sapporo place of interest easy.

The staff here are English-speaking and exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I purchased a refill for my Traveler’s Notebook, a special collaboration with the hotel featuring the hotel name in gold on the cover. When the staff asked if I was a TN user, I showed her my train version TN, and she showed me hers too! It was a very lovely interaction. They also asked if I wanted to stamp my notebook, providing three different variations. It was a wonderful touch! There are only five paid parking slots available, costing ¥1,600 per night. The parking spot is reserved for you, so you’re free to come and go as you please. They even put up a sign indicating your room number. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Sapporo!

Everything was great! Love the interior design, the rooms are spacious & the breakfast is good. Would definitely come back again!

The hotel facilities are clean and modern, which is good. The location is not far from Susukino, and Nakajima Koen Station (subway) is close, so it is good to go anywhere in Sapporo. There are many parking lots around the hotel, so it is easy to park, and there are several convenience stores nearby, which is good. The breakfast was simple and clean, which was good.

They brought the soup set to the front of the room for breakfast, and I loved the atmosphere of the room. It's a hotel with a great atmosphere and I'd like to stay there again.

The bread and soup at breakfast were both delicious, and the overall experience was very good, except for one thing. There was hair tangled in the towels in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing.

We went to the bar on the 10th floor around 10pm, but there was no one there before us, and we were the only ones there after that. It may have just been a coincidence, but it was nice to be able to spend a relaxing time there. The atmosphere of the bar is Nordic-style, and you can go out onto the rooftop terrace from there. (By the way, there is a bonfire on the rooftop terrace, as you can see in the official photo.)

The staff service is quite good. The welcome drink was complimentary and the person who accompanied me was very happy. Pajamas are also available for free rental, and the amenities in the room are toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, coffee/tea, oven, kettle, and two bottles of water (all free), and you can take anything else you need from the lobby on the first floor (comb, cotton, cotton swabs, hair string, razor). It's a camping concept that would kill the romanticism if you come in winter. Even with the air conditioner at the lowest setting, it's a bit cold. Breakfast is delivered to your door (+bread, juice, etc.) You can eat it in your room at your leisure, and the view was not particularly good at Hotel Beula across the street.

The hotel is decorated in a Western style, and the rooms are very small. It is not recommended for a family of three. The lobby on the first floor is like a living room at home. Toiletries can be picked up on the first floor. From 5 to 6:30 in the evening, you can enjoy red and white wine in the bar upstairs. Although each glass is poured very little, the atmosphere of the bar is good. The service of the Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk is super good. There is also a ** foreigner who has tinted glasses and only greets guests who speak foreign languages. It is also very speechless. Every time he enters and leaves, he has a bitter face. Breakfast will be delivered to the door of the room, two slices of bread, a bowl of soup + mini juice, hahaha, if I eat like this, I will lose weight like a lightning bolt

No service, most of the staff didn't smile, the cleaning was ok, the room was crowded for 3 people in a 4-person room, the parking space was small, there are many better options for this price, I won't stay here again next time

The staff, the rooms, and the breakfast were all excellent! When I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a lovely aroma, and the herbal tea was soothing. The complimentary cocktails were delicious, and the atmosphere in the bar was lovely. This is a hotel I'd like to stay at again.
