Ulasan Grand Whiz Hotel Bromo

They actually provide toothbrushes and toothpaste although the booking says they don’t. A great location to go up Mount bromo. The rooms aren’t that clean though; there are little bugs and mold on some of the corners but it isn’t a big deal.

Location was great Too far for elderly or mid age too much steps going up to the hill....to rich the rooms.... Not well maintain bathroom is too old no maintenance Broken bath tub and dirty towel is like keset.....so old and dirty .....not recommended

Very dirty and old. Room was a distance away from lobby. Breakfast was so so only and nothing to rave about. Wifi was very slow and essentially not working.

The facilities a little run down and the breakfast just average.

A lovely location with a great attached outdoor cafe. Staff were helpful, if a little overwhelmed (it was a busy week).

The hotel has a beautiful appearance! As a volcano hotel, we checked in in the afternoon and checked out at midnight. The limited conditions are understandable, as long as we can stay!

The hygiene is very poor. When I opened the door, the takeaway leftovers from the family above were not collected yet. The whole house smelled of takeaway. They knocked on the door at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I was woken up just as I fell asleep. I watched the sunrise at 3 o'clock. I didn't sleep all night.

You can't be particular about quality, you get what you pay for. For special forces tourism, convenient accommodation, clean and tidy is completely ok! Hahahaha Overall it's okay

Hotel class. Hot water for 2 rooms. Waited 30 minutes, there was no heat. Seriously. Electrical plugs are also difficult

The room is relatively good in the Bromo area. The price cannot be too high. The service and environment are very satisfactory. It is less than an hour away from the Bromo Viewing Deck. Recommended.

The hotel's overall exterior looks great, but the cleanliness in the room is really hard to describe. There are flies, dust, and black towels. This is the place, the conditions are like this.

The room is generally hygienic and relatively old. The two car rentals recommended by the hotel lobby were extremely expensive, and I ended up not renting a car as the hotel recommended. If you have dinner at the hotel on the night of the 31st, you must order the New Year’s Eve buffet, which is expensive. Finally, I went out and walked 2.5 kilometers back and forth to buy instant noodles.

It is closer to bromo, so it will be cheaper to rent a jeep along this route. The room facilities are relatively old. It may have been a relatively large resort in the past, and the rooms at the back were abandoned. But we just rested for a few hours, had hot water, and used the toiletries we brought with us, which was enough. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and only cost more than 30 yuan.
