Great stay! Ibis Barra Funda have the greatest location close to all my commitments during business travels. Kitchen is great!!! As a remark, I believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; a matter of loyalty but they don’t. The previous Accord rewards is gone; the new one totally doesn’t work. They do not even offer a bottle of water or similar amenity to an arriving guest. Simply they do not care anymore.

Tiny rooms but clean and cheap. Good for a ahorr stop over. Cleaning staff wait all day until you return then try clean your room.

It was the worst experience I've ever had in an Iris hotel, 1 hour is 12 minutes between arriving at reception and entering the room. This was after a lot of fights, heated discussions, employees were completely distraught, they didn't know what to do, there were times when there were 3 people serving a single customer, and the queue had more than 10 people. I waited 36 minutes before complaining because the queue wasn't moving, the three of us were banging our heads and nothing was resolved, the customers who didn't have a flight reservation left me in droves, I couldn't go because the reservation wasn't refundable. I asked for work to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn't there, I asked for a supervisor and they called him, after 15 minutes Madalena appeared, identifying herself as the person responsible. I had seen this several times, she would go through reception, look and leave without any attitude. I am hearing impaired, I hear very little and for this reason I speak loudly, then an employee started to assist me and began to make fun of my difficulty, my wife intervened because the situation became unpleasant, she spoke softly teasingly, then she stopped talking to me and I only spoke to my wife, so I looked for the girl's identification, she didn't have her pin. I asked her name and why she didn't use her pin like others. She said she didn't need it. I asked her name and she just left the reception and never came back. After more than an hour of waiting, a guy from the reservation came and completed our check-in. If there were more people with knowledge why Madalena didn't post another position. The entire time there were 2 positions for a huge queue, the girl said it was on-call. Because there was no one on the weekend. Imagine when it's full. I counted about 8 people hurt though. I recommend passing it on to acoors, because there's no point in all the effort for a bunch of bad-natured employees to ruin the whole process. I myself no longer stay in any hotel of this chain. He was a frequent customer to the point of receiving accommodation. I have several videos if anyone is interested in watching them.

This experience of staying at the hotel for the first time for the parade was very good. I really enjoyed it, congratulations, super top service.

The service is warm, considerate and patient. The problem is solved quickly. The location is a bit remote, but Ibis is pretty good. The sound insulation is a bit poor. Overall it is okay. Highly recommended.

The location is very good, very close to the Samba School! Very convenient for watching performances. Check-in is possible at 11 o'clock, breakfast is quite rich, there are many people staying, the soundproofing is a bit poor, but it is very quiet at night.

房間內有蚊子,但是比較安靜,配備了肥皂盒洗髮水和手紙,其它的衞浴物品需要自帶,有空調和冰箱,需要自帶適配的充電插頭,需要自己外出超市買礦泉水飲用,早餐不錯,大堂吧可以喝咖啡喝飲料,但是蚊子很多咬人不管白天和晚上,需要自帶清涼油和驅蚊水等葯品。預訂要提前,房價起伏比較大。

Muita demora para fazer check-in, fila para atendimento. Efetuei o pagamento pelo trip.com on line e no check-in não constava a informação de pagamento, tive que enviar o comprovante. Limpeza não estava adequada, encontrei uma escolva de dentes em cima do box do banheiro. NÃO tinha toalha de rosto. Chuveiro demora muito para esquentar. Porta do banheiro suja. Café da manhã caro.
