O hotel é bom, mas o quarto não é digno de um hotel 5 estrelas não. Porém, voltaria outras vezes.

這個酒店有點對不住美爵這個品牌，房間很一般，入住速度也慢，自己沒有健身房，説是和邊上的鉑爾曼共享。

A moça que faz tapioca/waffle/omelete no café da manhã é um amor! O moço que estava no café coordenando também, muito simpático e prestativo.

Check-in demorado e péssimo, não achavam a confirmação da reserva do Tripp e pedi na reserva no app do Trip apartamento adaptado para minha tia de 83 anos com comorbidades, também não tinha o pedido, tivemos que mostrar varias vezes o voucher, só após eu achar o recibo no aplicativo é que confirmaram!

Boa cama, bom banho, bom café e bom atendimento. Foi bacana. Volto mais vezes.

Really nice deco, and delicious food at the hotel bar!! the staff is so warm and kind. Definitely ill be back.

My wife, sister, and I rented 2 rooms for a quick stay in São Paulo. The service was excellent and the staff helped with printing out our travel documents and COVID testing. They went out of their way to email the clinic to schedule the appointment. And one other little thing that is a bonus is that the water pressure on the shower was amazing.
