The hotel environment is good, in a central location, with convenient transportation, the room is a little small, and the breakfast is very rich. It's a kilometre or two from the central business district, but very quiet. . .

The trip took place during the winter in São Paulo. The internet speed is average and the air conditioner in the room does not heat the room. It is 11 to 13 degrees in the room at night. The temperature is still a bit higher without the air conditioner. It takes courage to take a shower. Feedback was given to the front desk, but it was not resolved. The breakfast is quite rich. Although it is a five-star hotel, it looks rather dated overall. The overall evaluation is okay.

Excellent location. Beautiful, modern facilities. Room, bed, shower, spectacular amenities. Delicious drinks prepared at the bar. One thing to note is that breakfast was out of filtered coffee (even though the staff was warned several times), the capsule machine was swallowing a thousand expensive capsules (a shame!), the tapioca service was confusing and there was no bacon.

The breakfast at the hotel is good, and the fruit is especially delicious. I stayed there for a few days and it was okay. The location may not be the center. Facilities: The swimming pool and SPA are not open. There is a laundry room. Bottled water charge

No slippers, no toothbrushes, not even mineral water, poor sound insulation, a bit old. There is no doorbell system outside the door, communication is by phone or knocking on the door. There are no sockets, but there are 2 at the bedside. Normally, the desk lamp is plugged in, so unplug the desk lamp socket when in use. Perhaps due to cultural differences, the towels for washing were rolled up and placed on the toilet seat. The toilet is small, broken and shaky.

The sightseeing elevator in the lobby and the Japanese armor and samurai swords on the bar inside are impressive. The free coffee and fruit water at the front desk are very good, and the breakfast is very rich.

訂房沒注意看還有1.5-1.8米的床 入住兩天，價格還不一樣，不知道哪裡漲了400出來，國外基本都這樣，跟國內沒法比。 房間小。 吃不習慣，點餐來了個土豆約會。

Отель хороший, но в номере нет чайника, утюга, нет бесплатной воды в номере. Вся вода в холодильнике платная, хоть и не очень дорогая.

日本人開的酒店，很不錯，風格很喜歡，餐廳的食物也很好吃哦。酒店旁邊還有一個米其林餐廳，需要預約才能就餐。 唯一有一點不好的就是，入住當天問前台能不能延遲一點點退房，小姐姐説要看明天的訂房情況，第二天問一個男的前台，看都沒看就直接説不行，感覺有點敷衍。

網絡極其差，老是斷，衹要是圖片都收不到，基本沒法正常地工作，隔音效果極其差，半夜真是什麼聲音都聽得到，位置也一般般，不是很方便，去吃飯超市換錢都要走很遠很遠，前台服務態度很一般，問要個熱水讓我等，一臉不情願的樣子，最後等半天沒反應我直接走了，價格還很貴，基本以接待中國的各種團為主，總之是我去這麼多次巴西各方面體驗最差的一個酒店，然後我們因為簽證問題晚了兩天出行，提早聯繫攜程看能不能推遲入住，結果電話根本打不通，whatsapp，郵件都不回，後面去了説明情況也是各種推搪

真心一般，很老舊還不如國內快捷酒店，不過早飯很豐盛
