Ulasan Laghetto Stilo São Paulo

日本人開的酒店，很不錯，風格很喜歡，餐廳的食物也很好吃哦。酒店旁邊還有一個米其林餐廳，需要預約才能就餐。 唯一有一點不好的就是，入住當天問前台能不能延遲一點點退房，小姐姐説要看明天的訂房情況，第二天問一個男的前台，看都沒看就直接説不行，感覺有點敷衍。

網絡極其差，老是斷，衹要是圖片都收不到，基本沒法正常地工作，隔音效果極其差，半夜真是什麼聲音都聽得到，位置也一般般，不是很方便，去吃飯超市換錢都要走很遠很遠，前台服務態度很一般，問要個熱水讓我等，一臉不情願的樣子，最後等半天沒反應我直接走了，價格還很貴，基本以接待中國的各種團為主，總之是我去這麼多次巴西各方面體驗最差的一個酒店，然後我們因為簽證問題晚了兩天出行，提早聯繫攜程看能不能推遲入住，結果電話根本打不通，whatsapp，郵件都不回，後面去了説明情況也是各種推搪

大堂觀光電梯，裏面吧枱的日本鎧甲和武士刀給人留下深刻印象。 前台有免費的咖啡和水果水非常好， 早餐非常豐富。

Outstanding customer service. Their breakfast is second to none! Absolutely one of the best breakfast provided by a hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel Great job!!

Stayed a night and it was fine for our needs but would probably be disappointed if I had booked this for a longer stay. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower knobs were falling apart. While the public spaces are nice, the rooms are dated.

decent hotel although a bit overpriced for what you get.. plus side - good size room , nice shower , good wifi , friendly pleasent staff, located 10 minute walk from paulista avenue & nearest metro also 10 minute walk downside - bit overpriced , basic breakfast choice & no english channel on tv service not even 1 news channel..

It was interesting that the front desk clerk had to photocopy of our passports for their file. Why would they have copies of our passports? Even airports don’t get copies of our passports they just check them. When we asked they said it is for their file. Why would they need to have copies for their file? Then, we were kind of disappointed that we were told to check in on time. We knew that check in was 2pm. We understand we arrived around 9am and did not asked to be checked in so we waited. Around 1pm we tried to ask because their check out time is 12 noon but we were told to check at 2pm. Anyway, just a small glitch but we thought there was no consideration that we were waiting since 9am.

I’m afraid to write this review and after that seeing the price going up. This hotel is just amazing, great location for whom is driving a car, close to 23 de maio, nó restaurants around to walk on foot, good environment. Just loved it, for sure I’ll stay here again when visiting Brazil.

Very slow cheking process and poor explanation about issues during my stay. Just said to contact your agency ******* to solve the problem... I came to home 1 day earlier and request to refund one day but they say, after noon, thay charge 1 day without notice in advance for ******* primium member.

Excellent breakfast and staff. Lightning on bathroom and bedroom are deficient.

This was an OK hotel, not necessarily a VIP hotel.

The hotel is located close to Paulista Avenue and short walking distance to cafe's and shopping galleria. The hotel is modern and very clean!! The staff is SUPER FREINDLY and AMAZING!!! Best Cosmopolitans Martinis I have ever tasted. The cleaning ladies are professional, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is superb. I highly recommend this hotel. I fell in love with the city of Sao Paulo and with Hotel Laghetto Stilo!!!
