I had an amazing stay! The environment was incredibly relaxing, with a calm and serene atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The service was top-notch—staff were always attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering plenty of comfort throughout my stay. The hotel is so good and it closes to Zuid metro. It only takes 10min to central station. Really in love either with this hotel.

Best gotel in amsterdam

Great Price for a decent 4 star hotel.

Like the city of Amsterdam, the hotel has many unique designs, new facilities, clean, and very suitable for girls to live in. The hot and cold water pressure is slightly unstable and a bit difficult to control.

The hotel is located near Amsterdam South Station, with convenient transportation and direct access to the train station, tram, and subway. The bedding in the hotel is comfortable and I had a good sleep during the two nights I stayed!

The price/performance ratio is very high. It is not far from the tram and metro. Although it is in the new city, the surrounding environment is very good. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. The service is also good. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I go to Amsterdam.

There is a peculiar smell in the corridor. The decoration is relatively old. Our room is 915. The trash can in the bathroom is broken and the lid must be opened manually. It feels very dirty. The water from the shower is very small. The front desk service is very good.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can take a train from the airport to Zuid Station and then walk to the hotel in a few minutes. The hotel staff are very professional and have a good attitude. The environment design is also very artistic. It is very pleasant and comfortable.

Pros: 1. Arrived at 12:00 and helped with early check-in 2. Room was spacious 3. The building/room interior was quite clean Cons: 1. The windows didn't open so ventilation was impossible (it was on the 8th floor) 2. There was a bathtub in the picture but my room didn't have one 3. The desk chair creaked so much I couldn't sit on it for fear of it breaking I went alone and paid over 50 euros in city tax The black female employee who was there when I checked out ignored my greeting I won't visit again
